Okay guys, I thought I'd vote on the VH1 Countdown, just for practice. Only, I don't seem to be able to figure it out. Does anyone know how to do this? It's way different that 2009!  I know!! I was going to do that the other day and left the site because it was too complicated for the amount of time I had at the moment. I'll go take another look, just for you! I don't think Jessie J has enough fans over here for Adam or his fans to be excited about Jessie J. I dunno. Not Kylie either. The way he crossed his fingers and wished, I'm thinking someone way bigger than either. Neither one of them sound exciting to me and I don't think either one is that well known. don't tell Adam. ;D I want it to be someone *BIG* - someone everyone knows. 8-) Yeah problem is both JJ and Kylie are more famous in Europe and at least as far as Kylie is concerned (not sure abt JJ here) all around the world. So it would be cool for that aspect of it if he really is trying to be more of a global artist. Not sure if that would necessarily help him over here as much. It could a bit with JJ seeing as tho her song is taking off so she might have an easier radio time now. Can't see that with Kylie tbh. IMO the only collabos that could help him get radio play here would be Katy P, Rihanna, or a rent a rapper. And wasn't Bruno just dismissed as a vocal collab in an interview today? I swear I saw that. Anyways other than the ones mentioned here IDK who else is an option...unless it's someone really left of center and not one of the biggie pop people. |

(I missed the entire thing). If that's the case, I rule out Jesse J too. It's gotta be someone bigger. I really think it's Bowie or a BIG Queen gig. Nile Rogers is the link to Bowie, and when Adam was ill, Nile tweeted him and implied something was in the works with them (Nile and Adam). And Adam and Hollywood Records (Queen's label) didn't deny something was being planned - pretty much just said they can't say until final arrangements are certain. Long ago (before November, 2011) I thought that sort of thing might be out of reach for Adam for a while, but after the EMAs, nothing is impossible!! He's dreaming big, and I think a lot of it is coming true - what a year this will be! |
