Well....I giggle like a 12 year old boy. For THE LOVE OF GOD can we call it something else? LMFAOOO. IS NO ONE THINKING ABOUT THE CHILDREN!?!?! lol I feel like Beavis and Butt-Head too but I say keep it. I need the laughs. Thanks to everyone who whacked (tee hee) I am no longer an Adam/radio virgin But I'm such a spazz I was trying to make it in time to hear and whacked (there is a theme going on here :-/) my knee and big toe on my walker trying to make it on time ow ow ow....what we do for Adam. ;D It was so fun to here her announce his name and then hear him sing ;D Funny Lady Gaga and Jessie J were next and I swear I couldn't tell the difference between JJ's voice and KP's. You would never know she's has an incredible voice. Even Gaga doesn't sound as good as she really is. All three of them sound better live. Why they do this??? Anyway thanks again that was fun. Well maybe not the excrutating pain part.

Yep, used up my VH1 Video 20 votes on FireFox and now went to Chrome and can vote there so seems the limit is browser specific... And in the interviews today it was so cute how he was promoting his album and talking really fast at times. Like he had his fair share of Red Bull today, LOL! Work it BB, werk it... (or is it whack it BB, push it...) www.vh1.com/shows/series/top_20_countdown/vote.jhtml?xrs=rally

All the interviews I heard are great, but haven't heard the one where he talks about Sauli in NY. Are they going to Fashion Week? Just like Burning Man, it's an experience I think Adam would like to share with Sauli. Especially since Sauli is very interested in fashion, too. Is there a recording or was it just a live stream? BTW thanks to all who have brought news here. This is just the best place...

So, Adam said in one of the interviews that he didn't apply any eyeliner today. And, he is wearing only one layer of clothing. Short sleeved, no less, so the freckles really show. Maybe I am reading too much into this, but it seems that Adam is now more comfortable in his own skin and feels less need to hide behind the layers of clothes and make-up. If so, I am happy for him. He is so gorgeous au naturale. I agree, he's looking completely gorge today and all the time lately. And I totally understand this assessment and, for what it's worth, Adam has himself agreed with it when discussing the FYE era and how the make-up was something he could hide behind. But with all the love the new, au naturale, "honest" Adam has been getting lately, I just want to stick up for heavy-makeup-Adam for a moment and say that for me, Adam's use of make up has always been just as much form of honesty and a way of being himself--of self-expression--as going light on the make-up is. And every time I look, for example, at Jamie's avi, I feel that instinct is confirmed. My take is more that tastes change over time, and at the moment the heavy make-up is not tempting him aesthetically, same as the studs (the less subtle studs, that is) and the glitter are not doing it for him, style-wise, at the mo. One good aspect of all this, though, I HOPE, will be better merch. Don't get me wrong--I love me some studs and glitter--but high-end studs and glitter are rock'n'roll and glam. Cheapo studs and glitter are trashy and tacky. I'm looking forward to seeing what the more pared down, classic Adam has in mind for merch!

I agree with this quite a bit. My DH and friends do the collective eye roll too and for DH I think he can't/couldn't get past the look to hear the voice. Heck, even sometimes I have to close my eyes because his look is so powerful both with and without makeup. But era one was all about the OTT makeup and I do think that hindered the mainstream appeal especially given the gay announcement. Some will come back, some will never come back, some will discover him for the first time, some will always be around. I think (only my opinion) that Adam understands this but wants to trespass on his terms - and I am proud of him for this. As I said earlier, I do think he will eventually reach the success that both he and the fans seek for him, but it will be a long slog up the hill and international popularity will go along way to gaining acceptance here - and time. Look how far things have progressed over the last couple of years (present political issues aside). We just need to keep moving forward, educating people as we can, support Adam and his music and continue to let the Radio peeps know we are interested in Adam:-) I agree with this pretty much! I think he will have to fight his way up, and that is incredibly brave of him!! I'm not angsting or anything, just find it quite ironic. One part of the music industry, namely Top A list songwriters and producers eager and excited to work with Adam, because they see his talent, creativity and his potential. And the other part of the music industry, these arogant radio people they're reluctant to play his music, because of the stupid reason they have. Now, the funny part of this irony is radio people' rejection to play his song on the first round does not stop those producers. They still want and eager to work with Adam. I remember reading a very good blog right after AI, the blog said that some people and radio will fight Adam to get play and refuse to join his bandwagon, but Adam is a force to be reckoned with and one day Adam's bandwagon will leave them behind and they will chase him to join the wagon. I like that Sony is doing such an intense International promo this time, I'm hoping that this will push Adam to the top internationally. I think things are in line pretty good for him this time. The Summer Sonic 2012, the Queen performance will force people to give him another look and help him to get more recognition. And if he's big internationally, US cannot ignore him anymore, like it or not they will have to join the bandwagon.

Ppl on twitter are saying some station in LA called KBIG just spun BTIKM. IDK this station...??? KBIG is the #8 station in the LA Market and is the #1 HAC station in LA Metro. It is a Clear Channel Station. They manage the playlists in LA between the CC stations -- KOST (AC) #1 in the market, KIIS (CHR/Pop) #3, KBIG (HAC) #8 and KHHT (Rhythmic AC) #10.
