we are talking CLASSICAL???? I am not alone?? Adam singing in classical style would be my dream come true! I can't care less who else is on the stage with him really... preferably he would be alone up there... I'm with you. I love male singers, baritones, tenors, whatever. Men singing in those lower registers turn me on. I would love Adam to take on some classical music. A duet with Bocelli would be awesome, and probably bring me to tears. I wonder how he was selected to sing in here. This is 2005, after he got back from Europe and before he joined the Ten Commandement the Musical.

lili Black @liliyglambert9 Close Adam in Bravo(Russian) pic.twitter.com/ndg4bQUy Loose translation: " ShoppingHe is only human! You think stars get everything done by their assistants? Think again! For example, recently the paparazzi shot Adam Lambert coming out of the supermarket. There the artist purchased all kinds of yummy stuff and hurried home. Wonder if he cooks well? " Over the picture, it asks "What is this potion from hell"? (btw, the Russian word for "potion" has the same root as "green", since most medieval potions were made from green plants and herbs) Kryptoman - I wouldn't call this "loose" translation! This is perfect translation indeed thank you! In Slovak those words would be krásny, pekný, úžasný
Ame - this is so interesting: the first and the third word have similar rooted words in Russian BUT one has to be careful, as the word úžasný - ужасный - has the opposite meaning - terrible ;D The word krásny on the other hand is right in line... So, now when I go to vote on your site I will be more careful, as I was happy thinking that I actually "understand" what was written there... (like "hlasovat" sounds very close to the Russian "голосовать" and has the same meaning). I want to hear him singing with his classical voice with another classical singer and showing off his voice. I don't care if he upstage Bocelli. Bocelli sang with Christina and she just did what she always does. ;D Ooooh...Bocelli. You know I *would* like to hear this, because I bet it could be sonically very interesting. Bocelli is a tenor, but a "darker" one than Adam. Adam generally has the "brightness" of a more Irish-type tenor (ex. "Come To Me, Bend To Me"), but *can* darken, like a painter changes paintbrushes. It would be really cool listening to how they could meld together. Not in a "I can out-melisma-you" sort of way (aka Christina Aguilera). But in a "weaving-in-and-out with different vocal weights" sort of way. I think something truly special could result. #pipedream : ETA: Yeah, nica, I know consistency isn't Bocelli's strong point. But he has such a *cozy* voice. And, yes, he is extremely popular (and at least has a hell of a lot more profiency than a total sob case like Susan Boyle). Wouldn't listen to him play a role (not that he does anyways). But would be perfectly content hearing him in a concert-hall situation. Wow, HSM - you remembered my comment on Bocelli from long past? Or you just read my mind? I am in awe ;D OTT: IMO: Bocelli is a commercial product. Appeals to the masses. Makes (semi)classical singing popular = very important role to play. Would not stand a chance in the real, (high brow) opera world. www.nytimes.com/2011/02/15/arts/music/15andrea.htmlNot OTT: IM-highy unbiased-O : Adam, with extra training would be awesome! I am 100% sure... I mean Adam, at the Met, no mic - what could be better? [snorts; grins] Nica - would Marcello Giordani suit you better? Ok, HSM, just because you are picking on me - Giordani is great! Heard him live a few times, but if I were to pick a tenor duet -I would go for Juan Diego Florez - much closer voice to Adam's... ... Adam would be perfect in that, wouldn't he?

Quick drive by post- Some questions for Adam, if anyone wants to ask them. I have to leave now for all day bunch of RL things so can't take time to submit them myself.
Adam has mentioned loving the house he currently rents. If the opportunity arose, would he like to purchase it?
How did he meet/find Kevin? Through mutual friends? Audition?
peace&love
ETA- Oops! Something went wrong and when I tried to edit this it made a whole new post on the next page! Apologies!

Fans saw the drawings he made for Bravo. Would he consider having some of his own line drawings on T-shirts? Fans would love it!
peace&love
ETA- Didn't mean to post twice! I tried to edit my post on previous thread and something went wrong and a new post was made. Apologies!

I did end up to Swedish AL FB page for some reason and they are expecting Adam articles in three other magazines apart from Dorian. * SOLO * Glaze * FRIDA Comments mention some others too that might mention Adam but to me the above mentioned four seem like a sure thing. Let's hope we get some scans when they are published. Adam really did a huge job in Stockholm to include all. As for Finland, good prioritizing to do the TV thing, however big or small it will be. The 45 mins programme is a prime time spot, the radios can be done later by phone more easily. And getting mentions in the tabloids and entertainment news, even with fashion or Sauli connection, is good and keeps him in the public eye. The promo trip seems to be successful. Now that the album is delayed he will get another round of articles when the time comes - also in publications that skip the celebrity thing and concentrate on music. Just saw the commercial clip for the 45 Minutes show with the MTV3 logo in the corner. I'm having a vague memory of someone once saying that is just a normal TV channel in Finland not an "MTv" music television station as it's understood in the US. Am I remembering right?

Yes, you are right! MTV3 is a normal TV channel.

Yes, you are right! Oh yay I'm glad, thank you! The more people that see it the better, and that seems more likely on a regular channel.
