Lovely voice ,but IMHO can't hold a candle to Adam in vocals,delivery or charisma.Just saying Good voice, true. But is lacking the intensity, the strength, and delivery that Adam oozes. In other words, Adam will blow this guy and all other Queen guests out of the water. Thank you for the right words. I thought the fellow was good and didn't want to sound like a mindless Adam fan, but delivery was shallow and , of course, no one has Adam's charisma. Maybe the fact he, Tom?, looks too much like Michael Buble to me, not that there's anything wrong with that, just a fact, put me off a bit. |

Could you imagine the hate if Adam was invited by Queen and said, "no!" : The funny thing is... despite all the angry Queen fan reactions, I saw lots and lots of fans clapping with the music at the EMAs. From the fan perspective, its not about Adam, or Brian or Taylor... its about enjoying a body of work and getting to hear it live. Those that are "unhappy" fans wouldn't see anyone Queen had chosen. So even the hatred flung around isn't really about Adam, its about holding on to an unrealistic ideal. |

Oh wow!! Queen performance AND Trespassing release date moved back ONTHESAMEDAY.....that is too much see sawing for me.
So totally excited about this show. I so wish I could be there with the bunch of you! However, my parents are celebrating 50 years together this summer and have gone to great trouble and expense to rent a large house in Padre Island the week of July 9th. I fear the timing of this show is a conflict.
It is so awesome to see his name up there in the headline spot for a major music festival.
And then my head twists around at the thought of a later release date for Trespassing. And then I am totally psyched for the Sonisphere show! Adam induced roller coaster illness
