Maybe if we all start requesting -- just 3 times a week to those stations who aren't playing BTIKM -- the requests will raise significantly. Remember when Adam ended up in the bottom 3 because everyone thought he was safe?

I am SO FUCKING EMBARRASSED by this woman!!! I FEEL Adam feeling awkward!! I mean REEEAAAALYYYYYYY ???????? And the mail interviewer trying to get out some of her embarrassing moments and move forward!! Interview with Adam Lambert on the 94.3 The Point Sound Stage Ha, ha!! She was drooling!! I've made my decision.
I went to Adam's official site, my intention was to order tickets to Kneppworth. I can not find even to the right place. Do someone have web address / link, where members can buy a ticket! >:(

I like discussion and support the views juniemoon and others she mentioned shared with us. My two cents, that I don't have time to present right now, would be along those lines. Very brave of Adam to not bow completely to the "radio friendly simplicity" on his second album. I think many artists would have done that and waited with the realness and individual artistry to be brought up later.
The Finnish MTV3 programme has 5 topics listed and Adam is mentioned last. I also expect that his interview is at the end of the programme and it is going to be short. But remember, it is national television and prime time.
Starting in two hours time.
Ok, now off to shovel some more snow before the programme starts.

So glad to live where I do. My radio stations B104 and Q102 support BTIKM and play it regularly! (not as much as kelly or katy, lol but still!) Again, I listen to Q102 but playing it regularly? Only because we vote during the day, BTIKM makes the countdown, we use to get it played on the TAKE OVER at 8 PM but Maxwell hasn't been doing the contest this past week, and for the last two days, at 10:10 PM. Other than those times, when is it played? I don't hear it? I requested it this weekend which was played but Q102 does NOT have this song in rotation unless it's in the wee morning hours. I'm just disappointed w Q102 because I know they like him and we the fans have been requesting like crazy. |

I was one of the 'meh' to BTIKM when I first heard it but my daughters thought it was good so I thought if teens like it would do well. I first started getting angsty about it in early Jan when it appeared to be going no where in NZ, Oz and Canada markets where radio seems freer to play what the DJ likes and the listeners want hear.
I started to like the song when Adam sang it live. The music video just blew me away and I fianlly understood why Adam had made it his first single. I thought this song now had a chance and the video would carry the song to success.
Enter rules that seem to apply to Adam and no one else; for him the goalposts don't just get shifted they get taken down.
Vh1 went to a lot of trouble to make the voting fair then they ignore the vote! It's supposed to be the most popular music video not song. Are people really voting for Set fire to the Rain which is just a live recording not a MV? Then there was the ridiculous home video of that guy dancing on the spot at what looked like a service station. I have no memory of the song it was so bad but it stayed on the Top 20 for at least 2 weeks yet Adam's work of art does not get played.
Is there anyway that we can demand an explanation from VH1?
