I wasn't going to comment on the married vs divorce conversation, but my ex of over 20 yrs just called to tell me if we were still married it would be our ???? anniversary today. We talk all the time, I see him when I go to visit my son and his family and every time he says we shouldn't have gotten divorced (his mid-life crisis, not mine) I want to scream because I think about all the things I would have missed out on if we hadn't, in spite of the fact that he's a really good guy and we had a great marriage for a long time. I couldn't have just up and moved to the beach once the kids got married, I couldn't have lived on a boat moored off Christmas Tree Island in Key West, I couldn't have done so many crazy things. For those married or single, time goes by way too quickly not to enjoy it with or without a spouse or significant other. The dating pool is cut down dramatically as you get older, so right now, IT'S ADAM OR NO ONE. No, I do not expect any of you to give me a reality check, they always seem to take the fun out of things. Amen.

hmmmm I didn't think I was that out of touch but I've never seen one episode of Dr. Who, Benny Hill or Python :-/I am a huge fan of Absolutely Fabulous though ;D oh... and I predict Adam will wear have on a suit, light eyeliner, hair back ala Tracks of My Tears. YOU'VE NEVER SEEN MONTY PYTHON???? How can that be? You have to find the dead parrot sketch. And the Ministry of Silly Walks. I could quote whole scenes of the Holy Grail to you if you'd like. Monty Python should be part of every person's cultural education. Wait! I found a clip of Ministry of Silly Walks for you. I'm afraid my complete pleasure in this says nothing good about me. OMG I had forgotten that-- I laughed my head off!!!

Needacoke....It didn't say back of shirt...just one eyeball...she could have been talking about me ! I was in the lobby quite a bit...she did say when she walked in. lol. But if she meant inside the arena, it was probably the back of your shirt she noticed. HAHA. Here's my eye - the left! This pic was taken at the Duluth concert - two of us had the same shirt made. I'm on the left. Bamafan, I'd give anything if we'd seen each other in Memphis wearing our "eyes". LOL

This guy always reminds me of the PF rock critters. I miss them. I remember when we named them after the songs on FYE. And someone had a really cute hamster that liked our parties. Hope they all found a good home after PF went poof. :(

@terytrixie the viewers made the comparrisons. Im James Durbin. 7 minutes ago via Twitter for Android in reply to TeryTrixie LMAOOO HE EVEN MAKES SPELLING MISTAKES TOO!!!!! LOLOLOZZZ No opinion on Durbin, just an observation: If you can afford an Android, you can buy diapers and pay rent without soliciting. Just a thought but unless it is shown that he had that before I think it is more likely that AT&T provided the kids with phones. I believe that was the case in Season 8. Since they required them to have official twitter accounts it is likely that they are providing the phones.

I'm an AbFab, Monty Python, fawlty towers, et al, nut! I used to show The Holy Grail in my 10th grade English class when we were doing the more serious King Arthur stuff to show how themes can be found in all media. (I did an entire semester based on the Lord Acton quote, "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely." At end of semester during the reflective wrap-up, the kids said, "You planned it so all of our reading supported that theme, didn't you?". It was a high point that they recognized it, albeit late in the game.)
Also, I hate mentioning individuals like I did this morning cuz someone is always left out. Adamrocks, I loved meeting you and appreciate all your support.
Hmm. Divorce? After 23 yrs, got rid of the first project. I'm a slow learner, I married two other projects, not partners. I LOVE being independent, not guilt-ridden on my own. Process is absolute hell, but I'm still friends with each of them. (Can you tell I was much more invested in the relationships than they were?) Kids finally said, mom you can just have sex, you don't have to marry them!
Silk flowers and take-out unless I'm cooking for the kids when they visit.
Ah, preview should be my friend!

No reality check for me - I'm having the time of my life although I've probably aged my daughters by 10 years worrying about what I'm up to on any given day. Bless their hearts. hehe

I got married at 22 and was divorced by the time I was 25. I've never even thought of getting married again.....
Marriage seems to be much better for men than it is for women.
Now if Adam wants to get hitched...I'll think about it LMAO ;D ;D

My divorce was final in 2003. I'm very happy now. I didn't like the process. though. I've never even been married. Just as well - most of my friends who are married are miserable. ;D It's good to find a hard man...oops I mean it's hard to find a good man... Dinner sidetracked me once again. :D There is definitely life after divorce, and, life never been married. Married high school sweetheart, football hero, academic all-star, yes, ..........all he had to do is hit me once and I was not on team #forbetterorworse! Second time around. Married thirty yrs. to a workaholic, community oriented & wonderful man, NOT PERFECT by any means, but, who is? We all find our way. How does this relate to Adam???? Does not matter sexual orientation, every human being should be treated equally. Some marriages fail, some do not, and, as you have stated some people are quite happy not being married at all. In a perfect world, it just seems "kosher/right/correct" for all of us to have the opportunity to marry the asshole high school hero. :D Really, bottom-line what I am trying to say is, every human being should be treated the equally! :D
