Only three more days until the Leap Day Charity Water push! [/size] I hope everyone here will donate at least $5. Donate more if you can afford it, but don't hesitate to give if $5 is all you can afford. Remember last year when someone discovered the Charity Water page for Will and Jada Smith? Their donations consisted primarily of HUGE amounts donated by their celebrity friends, yet they didn't raise as much money as Adam's fans did with many small donations. It all adds up. Even if you only feel comfortable giving one dollar, do it!
I wish I could afford to offer a challenge in which I would match donations from Adamtopia. I just can't do that. But Imma offer a challenge anyway! When you make your donation, write in the comments section, "Meeting the Adamtopia Leap Day challenge!" The goal of the challenge is to see that phrase repeated over and over again down the entire page by the end of the day! We'll be able to tell at a glance the impact that Adamtopia has had.
Also, would anyone on Twitter help me bring Adam's attention to the drive? I know he gets thousands of tweets a day, so we will maximize the odds that he will find out about it if we all tweet him. This morning I tweeted him this:
@adamlambert 3 days until Leap Day CharityWater Drive! Hoping everyone can donate at least $5. tinyurl.com/7wms3gw Please retweet!
I plan to continue the countdown everyday. At first I worried about bugging him, but then I thought, geez, it's not as if I'm asking for money for myself. This is his campaign, and it's to help people who don't have clean water. One tweet from him to his 1.36 million followers will have a lot more impact than any of ours. I figured he can do his own tweet if he wants to or just retweet mine. Anyone who wants to copy mine to tweet to him can do so, or compose your own. If enough of us contact him, maybe he'll see it.
This message will be repeated each day until the push so that everyone has a chance to see it. Let's do this, Atopians!

I agree. I wondered whether it had to do with the fact that it was the dynamics of the whole group that made it akward for him? No matter how I say this it will sound like a slam against Paula but maybe it seemed awkward because the choreography was underwhelming. I was thinking awkward because of the lack of experience as a "group"... so the choreography had to be watered down and seriously staged. I'm sure because of his stage experience (IDK about anyone else) there was a level expectation he probably had in his head vs the final result. Thats ok in my book because I'm sure a majority of these guys have no desire to ever do any stage work like this again. I thought it was a ton of fun.. and the funnest part was listening to all the fanbases afterward trying to convince everyone else that their idol was the best! LOL

I respect Paula as a choreographer and dancer -- but I think that she has mostly worked with professionals and the Laker Girls which I guess are semi-pros but were great dancers. Her work in music videos was as good as it gets in the 80's but working with non-dancers must be really challenging. The synchronization needed for this seems to be beyond the Idols.

Lots of people here have suggested watching the Queen documentary "Days Of Our Lives," and I want to add my own recommendation. Seriously, folks, watch this!!!! I stayed up til almost midnight watching it last night, and it's SO GOOD!
I knew very little about Queen as a band and this gave me so much insight into the individuals and the history of the group. Great story about how they fought for popularity, and how the media constantly put them down, and the wild rock and roll lifestyle they lived. Also about the tensions within the group, with 4 really strong opinionated people trying to work together.
Also near the end some great scenes from the last concert with Freddie at Knebworth for those who want to see what the Sonisphere venue will be like.
After Freddie's death, Roger talks about the how "there was always that searching..." And near the end Brian says, "Once you pass your initiation into being a rock star, it never leaves you. You cannot really stop having that feeling inside you that makes you want to play."
It really helped me understand how huge Sonisphere is for Brian and Roger, and how incredible a moment this will be for them and for Adam. I'm actually kind of blown away that it's happening. This will truly be history.

Pretty much when you're resorting to skipping it's a one-way no return trip to cheesyville. I remembering marveling at what a great sport Adam was about it all, especially once we learned what he was really capable of!

Did anyone else see that Chris Brown and Rihanna may "reunite" to perform on American Idol? Sucks! Just saw it on Yahoo news, who says they got it from ENews.

QUESTION: is this poll important/relevant or is it like the last one against Ryan Star and his mixed band of fans ?? I have been voting for 10 minutes and the numbers barely move.
