WOW!!!! So excited...just got tickets for i93 Dallas show with Adam on Monday. I've never won anything and this is the best "win" ever. So proud of ATOP and the charity:water drive. This is the best, most generous group of people anywhere. Adam's light and love is reinforced through his fans here. WOOHOOO!!!!!  |

My "radio show" is at 2PM on Monday. Know we get to meet Adam but not sure about photo or songs. Really hope he sings a couple of his new songs. Doesn't he usually sing at these things? I will be so over the top fangirl (but promise not to embarrass.) Need at least one good question or comment. Any ideas? What hasn't been asked?

I believe that this was a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice. Meaning the parties reached agreement and part of the agreement was for Cowel Platinum to agree to not bring the cause of action again. Since they are getting to release the album, why should they.
I have not had a chance to pull the court filing but in the press reports there is no reference to any special labeling or restrictions on this release.

The background music was a bit distracting,but it was good for new folks to hear some of Adam's songs. |
