Sonisphere @sonisphere Reply Retweet Favorite · Open Interview with Stuart on NME - nme.com/news/queen/623… Same article that valilac posted www.nme.com/news/queen/62377?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitterAsked how he went about booking Queen, Galbraith said: "I rang them the day after the MTV EMAs. I thought their performance with Adam that night was stunning and I literally rang them the following day. They weren't hesitant at all.
gelly - Stuart is the same journalist that interviewed Adam right? Dennis Stuart??

I just love when Adam uses words --- almost as much as his voice. Well, not really, but I do like his vocabulary choices at times. The newest additions? hedonistic, pretentious, self-deprecating, catharsis. I remember seeing a gif or photo with Adam's pic and a number of his advanced vocabulary words. Anyone have that? And, is anyone else impressed like me? Should we have a list where we can collect them? Love his vocab. And very few "you know's," "umm's" and "ehrs."

[grins] Art isn't necessarily naturalistic. In fact its often not. Art stretches, bends, and twists things into new and interesting shapes. That FAULT cover is bendy and beautiful.

Just because I need to see my bendy and beautiful Adam again. ;D ETA: [looks at photo and sighs] Almost Andy Warhol-ish in terms of saturation of color. Love, love, love the juxiposition of textures and patterns.

I'm not talking about being naturalistic all the time. Hell, no! I love art, and fashion is art. But bad retouch is bad retouch

A NEW SINGLE?!?!?!
Yes. Thank you UK.
Is it possible that BTIKM was a "first look"/promo single here as well?

Well, we tried! I thought it was a cute idea playing off of Adam's #gaypopstarproblems tweet, but I guess everyone is too busy squeeing over the Fault pictures. Well worth squeeing over, I concede! Read from bottom..... HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... [grins] Starting #AFLfanproblems trends b/c stymied by travel plans and swooning over gorgeous cover pics. 21 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Attempting to translate currency exchange rates to buy pretty foreign magazines...whether or not you speak the language. #AFLfanproblems 24 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Holding tongue while parents squee over your presumed "London buisness trip". #AFLfanproblems 31 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Sighing morosely over glittery eyeshadow. #AFLfanproblems 33 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Trying to finish a report...but really wanna play on ATOP instead. #AFLfanproblems 34 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Standing at the Coke machine and thinking whether the buck should really go to Charity:water. #AFLfanproblems 35 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Considering if one *really* needs another key necklace. #AFLfanproblems 36 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Wondering if being a professional means you can't act like an idiot in a radio meet-n-greet. #AFLfanproblems 37 minutes ago HoppersSkippers Hmmm..... Trying to figure out how to fly to another country for a 1.5 hour concert while only missing a single work day #AFLfanproblems 39 minutes ago ;D Trust me, if you want to go, go. Life goes by so rapidly and everyone works at being responsible, but then there comes a time when they realize all they've missed because they've tried to be the perfect employee. My old boss told me a story once, made a great impression. She had worked for a company, long hours, total dedication, never missed work, the whole thing. One day she asked her boss if she could take a certain week off for something very special, he said, "No." She said,"But I've worked long hours, done more than my share." His response, "So, who asked you?" She opened a competing company, which I helped her grow, and outshone her old employer in 2 years. And she appreciated her employees and let them know it. If one of us had wanted to go, she would have offered the company credit card and shoved us out the door knowing she would be repaid and besides the money, gain a happy, fulfilled staff member. JMHO
