Since it's (relatively!) quiet this morning - has this been posted round these parts before: I've seen Dappy's name mentioned in Adam/Queen related articles. This is what else Brian May is up to at the moment. This will debut today on the UK single chart - most probably at no 2 (and it's on Radio 1's A playlist). This is a great song. I admire Brian May for doing what he enjoys despite all the "rap is not tr00 musik!!" tripe he's getting from it. I really liked this and love that May has an appreciation for music that goes beyond his original genre. He truly is an ageless artist and adventurous spirit. nattygirl, I was so moved by your post. Welcome back. You are a courageous person and we are all lucky to have you among us. Adam is lucky to have you as a fan. |

If that is the release date.... I just wish we knew for sure...getting antsy over here! I trust Adam to release this album when he believes it is done and happy with it. And I will wait for that. As far as I know, there is no new official release date but we know they are not done with the album. Adam was just in the studio recording vocals for the Bruno Mars track. The track listing was not finalized as of last Saturday. They are planning on a worldwide release. So looks like the later half of April to me. It would be very difficult to release it sooner -- there are a lot of moving parts. My money is on April 30 -- just from looking at what needs to be done and how long it typically takes. In any case, I see no reason for angst -- although I would like to get an advanced copy.  I trust Adam as well...my posts were more of a fishing expedition regarding a correlation between his AI appearance and the album release. Looks like we both had the same idea. If there is a correlation, which would be the smartest thing in the world for sales, then it should not be late, late May or anytime past that ;D Mid to late April is what I was thinking too, but I was hoping for April 17th. |
