I am not trying to burst any bubbles...but has he moved up to 24 because other songs have gone recurrent? I guess we won't know any spin increase until tomorrow or AI increase. I so want BTIKM to make the Top 20 marker or keeping's fingers crossed to the top 10 before another single is release. Then we could at least consider it a hit???? It's the way the system works. Everyone moves up or down due to what other songs are doing. If the recurrent system wasn't in place we'd be listening to 40 songs from Gaga, from 2009!  Oh and don't despair when he drops to #25 tomorrow or the next day because Adele's song will be bumping everyone down a notch as she moves up. |

Whatever it cost it worked because she is #40 on the new CHR chart! : Interscope knows how to do it! ETA: OK, I am reading the thread at Pulse about the CHR charts and the 3 songs, they predicted would go recurrent in the Top 40, did. So Ellie moved up from 43 to 40. This most likely means Adam will move up 3 spots from this morning's report and be back at 59. Now, they also predicted purges for 3 other songs between #43 and #50. If they are right about those 3 also, Adam will move up 3 more spots and be at 56. Crossing my fingers!!! No one has updated the 51-200 songs yet over there. Hopefully they will! They updated it Saturday which is where we got the 62 figure so we probably won't see another update until next week. We get those about once a week IF we are lucky usually on Friday or Saturday. But the "real" chart position is whatever it is tonight. I was just hoping someone would post those numbers over there. |

Well, yay for #24! Wish it was due to spins and not songs going recurrent, but I'll take it Late to the discussion, but I don't care what song is released next or who wrote it. Just as long as it's a hit. It has to be a hit. I like BTIKM. I think Adam sounds great on it. But it is kind of a grower. I had to listen a few times to really love it. It doesn't have the HUGE hook of Stronger. Stronger had an immediate impact. People were predicting months ago, almost universally, that it would smash. I just want Adam's next song to be immediately undeniable. I want a song that z100 adds right away. |

OK, I just checked the Pulse board one more time and they did update the Top 50 on the Top 40 charts. There were 7 songs that either went recurent or were purged.
Sooooooo, by my calculations, Adam should be #55 on CHR!!!
