My personal hope for BTIKM is for it to hit top 20 in HAC and top 40 on CHR. It just might reach that goal!

OK, I just checked the Pulse board one more time and they did update the Top 50 on the Top 40 charts. There were 7 songs that either went recurent or were purged. Sooooooo, by my calculations, Adam should be #55 on CHR!!! Yes the top 50 gets updated every day. I was just letting you know that 51 & below only gets updated about once a week. |

The problem with CHR is that we don't have a major station like Z100 supporting the song. In CHR, you can live without some KISS stations adding (LA and Chicago, for example), but a song isn't going to make it without Z100. It just isn't. And, right now, I don't see any indication that Z100 intends to add the song. They may be waiting on the next single (probably NCOE).
Anyway, HAC is looking good; CHR not so much. Which puts RCA in an interesting position...
eta--WTMX has auto-added only because of U-Mix-IT. They probably won't spin until the song breaks the top 20. This station doesn't really care for Adam (or at least the PD and certain others don't), but they will spin eventually if the song gets high enough on the chart.
****I better clarify, I don't want people to get mad at this station---It might be more accurate to say that the station doesn't really care for "Idol." They don't hate Adam, I just don't think they take him very seriously (or people off Idol in general, if they aren't Kelly or Daughtry). In my opinion, this is a station that Adam should visit. He sells himself SO well in person. There are still a lot of misconceptions out there about Adam Lambert.
