What I don't get, is why RCA might trust a Bruno Mar's song more then Adam with the great co-writers he has working with him. I mean Cuckoo is by the same hit maker that co- wrote katy perry's hits.
Q3 do you mean by organic to get on YouTube and play the new songs over and over ,so someone takes notice?

Why do I feel that Adam wants us to hear the new songs so that we can kind of demand them from RCA.. Am I dreaming,over the top or just CUCKOO? I don't think you're any of those things, but I just don't think that's how it works. Fans know what they like/don't like, but folks whose actual money is at stake research and live radio play and all that stuff. I think they know things fans don't. I think he sang the new songs just 'cuz he's excited about them, to create buzz for the album whether one of those three songs is the new single or not. |

I STILL LOVE THIS SONG...I can't wait til I know ALL the words to his NEW songs, too!
And that Atlanta B98.5 interview is SO FUNNY ("so long, farewell" LOL)! I just wish I could find the pics they mention at the end of it!

I mean Simon was one of the best hit-makers but he was biased by his own narrow nature as well. Conservative. constipated. But still he admittedly a hit maker. Some experts are better than others. Clive Davis is amazing. |
