Since he said the new single is very, very close maybe that is what he will sing at NNN awards! He said that they are very very close to CHOOSING the next single. In my mind that could be different from being very close to releasing it (in the US at least)? OTOH they probably want to get out a single in the UK before too long. |

BTIKM #15 on the weekly MMM countdown ( #18 last week)  I have no idea how they determine the chart positions, but BTIKM jumps 3 spots every week. |

Ouch! NB dropped 2 spots. I think that is a good sign for BTIKM! I am not at home but when I get back, I will do a spin comparison for them. I have been watching theirs closely ;D Actually, I think this switch looks good. Adam didn't lose any ground in his placing. And picked up more spins. It means one of these new stations is giving him spins. Here are some statistics from the last 3 days. NB spins:New today 1110 +25 This morning 1085 +26 Yesterday 1059 + 54 Wed. 1005 >>> IMO, the change did not effect them much at all ******* FTPNew today 1126 + 71 <<< Biggest gain, we will have to see how it holdsMorning 1055 + 38 Thurs 1017 ********** AdamNew 1016 + 27 Morning 989 +23 Thurs 966 +27 Wed. 939 |

First time I've stepped in here. I won't comment about how well or not Adam is doing on radio because I don't know shit. I really just wanted to say that I think this promo tour is brilliant, whether BTIKM takes off or not. I'm hopeful that the radio people will be impressed with how hard Adam is working and what a lovely person he is. He isn't a star and I think his likability factor may help in the long run when PD's have to make choices about what to play. I also think he's coming across as a regular guy and for stations that didn't like the OTT, that's also a good thing. Time will tell how this plays out, I don't think we will know for sure for quite awhile.

Yes, the panel update looks weird compared to yesterday. Maybe they changed it again. Ugh! Saga says that the update goes from AM to AM so last nights updates are included.
On the good side

On the good sideBTIKM #27 on Rick Dees Countdown BTIKM #11 on VH1 (up 4 spots and leap of the day) Hoping for AT40 spins today It also makes FTP update much smaller and Adam's larger. Yesterday, a.m. for FTP was 1055, this morning is 1092 = + 37 Adam's in the a.m. was 989, this morning 1029 = +40 I have no idea how mediabase came up with those other numbers, that Rihannsu noted above! :-/ Radio remains a mystery! |
