I am back on page 20 but had to jump ahead to the end of this thread to add my 2 cents worth.
I just LOVE all of the snippets, ear worms each and every one of them. Forgive me if I am reiterating others.
NCME: Lovely melody but I am afraid that Adam will be marginalized somewhat if this is the single because it will be all about Bruno when he is asked about the song during publicity tours. I am personally tired of hearing about Pink, Lady Gaga, etc. from FYE era. Adam needs to get credit and be legitimized (is that a word) by having the single be his own creation.
Trespassing: Awesome song, love the message but too many fast lyrics for people to sing along with as they listen on the radio. Casual listeners may not want to work that hard.
Naked Love: OMG, can you say schmexy? I love everything about this song but agree with others who say that the US isn't ready for a gay man sing some of these lyrics. Adam would forever have to explain that the song is about loving someone as they are without all the window dressing but I see too many smirks/snarks/yeah rights from DJs. I have no doubt it would be a chart topper overseas.
Cuckoo: Yes, yes, yes! Easy to sing to, catchy lyrics, great hook, nothing objectionable for the pearl clutchers. It's original, unique, has that something extra that sets it apart, yet it fits right in with top 40.
Any one of these songs has my vote because of their sheer awesomeness, but because I want Adam to have the BEST chance for a MEGA HIT, I have to go with Cuckoo for the win! 8-)
