I wonder if the TP number is from the articles that just had that one soundcloud posted today. Seems like when I looked yesterday the numbers for Cuckoo and TP were not as far apart. But I could be dreaming this?-) Don't know about others, but I CAN NOT listen to TP just once. or twice... ;D LOL, that's how I feel about all of them. Since downloading, all songs have like 300-400 plays on each. :  |

Regarding Adam interviewing with the 2 classic rock stations...I think it's brilliant.
Tho' I've followed Adam since Idol as most of us have, I'm not really a "pop music " fan and don't ever listen to KISS. Certainly I listen to artists like Adele etc but my main stations are NPR/PLU jazz and blues, classical KING FM and KJR classic rock where Adam visited today.
If I wasn't such an avid fan and member of Adamtopia I would not know of Adam's new music based on pop radio.
Those who know of him because of the EMA's with Queen could be classic rock lovers and if they were listening to KJR this morning they heard his personality that we all love so much and he may have picked up some new fans.
I'm happy for Adam that he is making the kind of music he loves, but I have to say I would be ecstatic to hear him sing and record rock. Collaboration with Roger Taylor and Brian May on new Queen songs...O.M.G. ...Rock Heaven !!
And my fantasy for Sonisphere is Adam and Queen with a guest appearance by Meatloaf, then Elton John and lord of lords, David Bowie. I could add loads of others but wouldn't it be touching to see and hear Adam with Queen and Bowie.
I'm rambling...still at work after a long day. I love this site and appreciate all the hard work and love that goes into it.

I haven't listened to the adamofficial soundcloud. I did listen to mindchnger's soundcloud and the YouTubes. I downloaded a couple of versions, too. I'm just saying, I don't how much the adamofficial count really tells you. |

To Momtomany - your posts are poignant and inspirational. I don't know how many husbands would be as sensitive as to figure out not only what makes their partner the happiest and but also makes it happen. Meeting Adam again will surely make everything brighter - not least because he has such a glow about him.
I was one one of the contest winners for the 106.1 KISS FM Seattle contest, so I drove to Seattle last night and was up early this morning for the 'breakfast' with Adam - before driving 3 hours back (plus 45" wait at the border) and going to work in the afternoon. It was all worth it because it was the first time I got to meet Adam, talk to him and give him a hug. He's genuine about liking people and appreciating his fans because you can't repeatedly fake that kind of charm, ease and completely natural way he has with the public. It's so different from other artists I see on TV or at these 'press the flesh' events.
All the vids of the event have been posted so I won't go over the questions & answers. It was quite early so I was a little surprised to see Adam wearing both face -make-up & eyeliner. He's articulate, funny, gorgeous and it's like he has his own spotlight when he enters a room. He's a born star - even if the radio stations and awards shows still need some persuading.
It was cool that the callers were so diverse - male, female, very young and older. The stations need to know that Adam appeals to a large cross section because they sure know he has ardent fans.
I'm feeling frustrated with Virgin Radio Vancouver (the only station that had added BTIKM). Virgin Radio has an "all request lunch" where the DJ asks the public to call, tweet etc., so today, I immediately called only to be told: "I'm not sure I can play that but we'll see." In the next 4 hours I heard Adele, Jessie J and Bruno twice but no Adam. They've told me previously the song didn't do well on the surveys but it's a Catch 22. They never play the song so the public doesn't know it and can't rate it. My friends who have heard it all like it - there's something else going on. Anyway, am looking forward to single #2.

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!! I WON!!! I WAS THE 9TH CALLER FOR MIX 106.5 IN SAN JOSE!!!!!! OMGGGGGG!!!!!!! SHEEEEIIIIIITTTTT!!!!! I'M GONNA HAVE LUNCH WITH ADAM!! I'm gonna meet him twice!!! WOAH!!! I'm sorry not rubbing it in, just so excited. NEVER met Adam before and get to meet him twice now! ;D  suebluern enjoy the lunch. |

Hi everyone!
I am a northern california person trying soo hard to win a pass to meet adam next week. It would be a dream come true to go to a meet and greet and to maybe hear him sing Trespassing! Just thought I would post here in case anyone is looking for someone to take as their guest. I have listened to the stations for hours and hours this week and called in many many times but no luck so far. Adam has so many fans in the SF Bay Area!
