[eyeroll] That site is notoriously slow and finicky, and I personally think that someone respectfully suggesting that an anticipated and highly promoted product should be easily accessible is perfectly reasonable. Which is exactly what indybeck did. RCAEd could have said something like "we're taking that into consideration" or other professional brush-off tactic. But I, for one, highly appreciated indybeck's request. If I tell you how to do you job are you going to respond "I'll take that into consideration"? Doubtful. [laughs] Oh pasta, you should SEE the number of the footprints on my ass from people telling me how to do my job!! ;D [grins evily] Nonetheless, I view that MY job is to say "thanks"...and then continue to do what I think best (with the occasional double check from various supervisors to confirm what I think is my job matches what they (and only they) think is my job). Doesn't stop me from being polite (at least electronically). What I say off line to my LLT with the door shut is a COMPLETELY different kettle of fish! IMO, RCAEd needs to do the same.

AdamOfficial is like a rabbithole, and you can get tea spilled all over you, and its not all sweet tea... but with about 600 to1,000 fans on line at any given time.... it's bound to be a Madhatters party. I guess RCA has to put in someone who acts like an enforcer more than a savvy PR specialist....
For me it just speaks of how intense Adam fans continue to be. I thought things would wane by now, it's jus building up.
And I can see the excitement building up even in A'topia in anticipation of Thursday....
Cheers !

JMO but RCA has dropped the ball on so many things that it's beyond ridiculous and as someone who has followed Kelly Clarkson since the beginning I can tell you almost guarantee the things that have gone RIGHT aren't because of RCA or Ed for that matter. They are because ADAM knows what the hell HE is doing and the outcome that HE wants and how to achieve that outcome.
RCA is notorious for fucking shit up.
IMO Ed has no business being in charage if he doesn't have the maturity and professionalism to communicate with the fans better. As a matter of course you NEVER want to alienate your CORE market. Yes there are difficult fans but those IMO are easily dismissed and ignored.
ED isn't a child and this isn't a game. This is Adam's career and while the fans certainly aren't experts they sure do seem to have some great ideas and listening to those ideas, even if they are never used, doesn't seem that difficult to me. Perhaps establishing a "suggestion" forum for the fans to vent in would be good.

I don't know who this dude is because I don't go to the official sites because anything "official" scares me, but yeah he should have some canned statements such as: It's not that deep! Glitter wearing monkey are working on that just as we speak! Will get right on that as soon as Tommy stops humping my leg. I know you are but what am I!!! The glambulge says "outlook not so good". I'd really like to but the glamponcho has put me into a state of deep depression. Whataya want from me?
