I wasn't a fan of NCOE--I'm ok that it wasn't penned by Adam but I can't stop hearing BM's voice in the chorus. BUT morning after his acoustic version and it is really wow-ing me. Don't have the words, thank God for Cassie, but it is just amazingly beautiful!
I really wish the recording sounded more like this and less like it does! Why did they have to mask Adam so? Non-glamberts will only hear the recording. BUT if anyone looks further, it is just one more proof-positive of Adam's out of this world singing abilities. The truth is out there.

And while I am admitting to a change of opinions, let me also admit that Tommy did an excellent job on the guitar. I play guitar in only a rudimentary way, but I know that the key is one of the worst to play on the thing. It would be much easier just to tune the strings down by a half tone and play it with the E chording that the guitar tuning makes easy. But, it looks to me like Tommy is taking the much harder route by leaving the regular tuning and doing a bunch of bar chords. Yeah, I know, that means nothing to most of you, but I am hoping there is a guitar whiz lurking who can confirm or correct me. So, Tommy, you can stay.

I wanted to bring this over from last night and say, THANK YOU, whatfun !! I was cringing when I read some of the posts that were trashing his music that he worked so hard on, FOR US. So what if he didn't write some of the songs, he still chose and recorded them and put his own sound on them and his own fans ridiculing for sport was totally uncalled for, IMO. Okay, you don't like the song, that's fine, we got it, but beating it like a piñata isn't really necessary. We know his friends and relatives are aware of this board; I can't imagine them reading some of the posts that tear his work to shreds. His performance of NCOE is breathtaking. Happy birthday lifeisnow and animeearth!!!! Agree completely! :D Me too.

From the UK's NME. Nothing new, but it is nice to see Brian's endorsement of Adam, and Adam's oft repeated statement that he is respecting Freddie, not imitating him.: www.nme.com/news/queen/62855

I am loving me acoustic NCOE. Hey, a girl has a right to change her mind, right? After several (dozen) listens, his vocals are just blowing my mind. That Bb he goes up to on "our eye-EYES" is such a treat. The first time he just floats it in pure head voice. Then, when it comes around later, he hits it with such a powerful, rich full voice. It is almost operatic. Really. His chest is fully expanded and I can almost FEEL that expansiveness and vibration sympathetically thru the computer screen. AND THERE IS NO HINT OF STRAIN OR PUSH AT ALL. Of course, Bb4s are firmly in Adam's wheelhouse, but he seems to be getting more richness out of them as time goes on. Damn! That man, that voice just takes me to the most wonderful places. www.bing.com/videos/browse/bingoriginals/bing-loungeThanks cassie lets steer this ship in a positive direction. Mmmm listening to it on very good headphones - very good acoustics in that house, and yeah that voice that second eyes-our eyes he soars i really hope that the beauty of his voice takes first place in the production cos this is a song you could really overproduce. i like the song alot!!!

I like it when people freely express their thoughts on this board without being silenced through peer pressure and shaming. I honor the free thinkers and especially those brave enough to speak their thoughts, even when they are unpopular. My 2 cents.

From adam-lambert-norway: "We are happy to announce that #Trespassing will be released in Norway May 11th! 46 days to go, if we’ve counted correctly! You can pre-order the album from Platekompeniet.no and CDON.no and it will be available from iTunes. Again we would like to emphasize the importance of buying the album from a Norwegian source (for our Norwegian team members). To celebrate the occation we are presenting to you the little video greeting Adam recorded for the Norwegian team when he was in Stockholm. Please share the video from our FB and Tumblr. We now also have our very own youtube channel, check it out: www.youtube.com/AdamLambertNorway- Hilde & Stine"
