So Adam can sing fuck in a song but not say fuck in Finnish? WTF? Adam curses all the time. I really don't see what the big deal is. From some of the discussion earlier, it sounds like the swearing in Finnish was more equivalent to c**t rather than fuck? I don't speak Finnish so I don't know. I don't care about swearing at all but I do care about misogyny. Fuck is gender-neutral, c**t is not. Not saying Adam was trying to be misogynistic, I think he just likes to be naughty, but there is a big difference to me in the implications of the two words. JMHO, YMMV etc. That's the literal translation, though. Even our Finnberts said it means "Fuck this shit" It wasn't even used or directed at anyone. It was merely an answer to what Finnish he knows. And "yes" to everything Tigerlilly just said. Except that Beiber does use the word "Fuck!" LOL! |

It's gonna have to be soundcloud for me. I love my Adam, but I think I have found my limit to what I will do to support him. People voluntarily listen to this all day? I can't even tell when one song ends and another begins. Im sure he'd not want people wasting their time to listen to snippets, in any case  |

Lol and this is the reason some of us do not belong at radio station gigs. If you don't like the music, it is obvious we are not the station demo. Doesn't help when folks jump on twitter & tweet the station that they only listen for Adam and don't like any of the other music. We really don't do him any favors with that. Which is fine, but it is also why the stations side eye us back.
So glad he is done and heading home. Don't think I could take another Q&A session. Can't he just stick to TV and singing (I put this out to the universe). JMO

It's Friday night music -- and an interesting show to book Adam. Maybe the next single will be a Friday night party dance song with Adam's voice??!?!?

I received my Adam Lambert Fan Club T shirt and dog tag necklace today. I like it much better than the first fan club T shirt. It is slim fitting and very long ( approx. 16 inches longer than the waistline).

I have no problem with the word "fuck" and use it regularly - but I find the word c*** EXTREMELY offensive and will bitchslap anyone who uses it in my presence. Perhaps a tad Victorian....but I can't help it. I just think the video COULD be spun in a negative light by a Finnish media site....JMHO, YMMV etc. also. |

So call the press and colour me shocked - a 30 year old man said a curse word, and in public, and in another language thus proving he is human and clever – human because sometimes only a swear word will do and clever because he's doing it in another language... (and the last part is LOL because everyone knows the first words you learn in another language are always the swear words - my husband knows a little Polish and a decent amount of Russian but can swear like a sailor in both). Fuck is also one of my favourite words and I find it irreplaceable in some circumstances. :-) :-) :-) Of course as always YMMV
Oh and regards the dreaded "c" word... I don't use it much and generally save it for describing particularly objectionable people of any gender, but there is a female comedian who uses it with great zeal to the point of being rendered inoffensive. So horses for courses on that one I guess.

Sooo... Been really busy lately and haven't been able to come here. But I have a little time and so decided to come visit a litte and... Are we having a FUCKFEST????? YAYAYAYAY!!!!! Lol!!!!
