Well FUCK! ;D....I am really late getting here and finishing the thread! Adam using curse words is no biggy to me. I mean...he's not perfect....and his is not a Cinderfuckinrella story!  so I don't care what the media make of a few curse words that weren't meant to hurt anybody! ;D I'm going to post the Pretty Woman's Cinderfuckinrella scene just because I always thought it was fucking funny! ;D I am so tired I have no idea what I'm saying so I'll just say Good Night! |

Let me make myself clear. If Adam said "fuck" in Finnish - all the power to him - I don't give a shit and I don't think anybody else does either. If (as at least one Finn has implied, he is merrily saying c*** then I would certainly be offended....in fact I'd slap him myself with a trout (or a herring if that's more fitting  ) (okay, I'm putting myself in "time out") Mod edit of quoted post in accordance with ATop rules. |

I don't think we can read any more into it than Adam knowing it was a curse. |

Its' meaning is "fuck this shit" in English despite the fact that the first word in Finnish is something else. No Finn swearing in Finnish and using the word "vittu" thinks it's actual meaning, it's used as commonly as "fuck" in English. It's no more rude, or meant to be more rude than "fuck". Common word, no big deal and should not be made into being a BIG deal. I can so imagine Sauli fighting with the tech problems with his laptop when they've been filming Tutka and cursing freely while doing so. He's not the most patient person and certainly not into tech things :D so there for sure have been a lot of cursing from a very frustrated Sauli. |
