The finale is probably the worst night to get an AI performance. It's all about the final two, and the guests just get lost in the shuffle. Adam will probably be the week before (which just might be the best night to be on from a promo standpoint). Carrie will certainly be on the first week of May since that's when her album drops. (I think there is a good chance Kris will be the one stuck performing his single on the finale) I agree! May 17th is the very best night. It is Top 3 night and has a huge audience. Also, I think on Top 3 night there is only one musical guest! Wow! Wouldn't that be awesome!! This is weird. Isn't this week, April 5, Top 8 week? So shouldn't there be only 7 more weeks left of Idol? But if the finale is May 23rd, than that's 8 weeks left. Don't they have Idols Give Back or something, because I'm wondering what's the cause for the extra week. |

I'm a fan, tape and watch it .. also a fan of Will Gardner.. ;D I don't watch idol anymore though coz I couldn't stand the judges.. I love Eli Gold. He is so cooky. He just cracks me up. ;D LOVE The Good Wife - never miss it ! |

(I know way too much about Idol!) : Yes, I forgot about the Philly concert, so it would be virtually impossible for Adam to be on the Finale! I'd say May 17th is definitely his night! |

According to several online sources, the AIS11 Final and Grand Finale will be on Tuesday & Wednesday May 22 & 23. (Why the switch from Wed-Thrs to Tue-Wed?) Since Adam is performing at the 2012 Springle Ball in Philly on Tuesday night May 22, I don't see how he could possible perform in Los Angeles on May 23. He is likely performaing to late to catch a red-eye flight back to LA and even leaving early Wed morning would not gaurentee that he would be back in time for AI's rehearsal. Plus he and the band would be exhausted and jet lagged. So, I'd expect May 17 to be the most likely date for Adam to perform on AI. Also, the tickets for 2012 Springle Ball are NOT SOLD OUT as indicated on p.1. You can still buy good floor tickets from the event web site. From other sources I've read, I think it was only the pre-sell tickets that were sold out. Thanks for the Q102 ticket info. I will update. |

The lost 1 contestant due to police record and then still eliminated another contestant that week. Likely the May 22-23 dates were set before this happened. They can still make this work if the judges make a save 1 week and they only eliminate 1 contestant the next week instead of 2. |

Guess everyone's gone so my story...my niece--just turned 3 on 3/25 (really my great niece) stayed with me today while her parents attended a function. We played cuckoo many times. About an hour ago, my niece called me and said what is this cuckoo thing? Ava-Marie is running around in circles singing cuckoo cuckoo. What did you do to her? LOL.
