I would just like to say that it is very hard to have a job and be an Adam stan.....! I have often doubted the loyalty of those of you who hold full time jobs. You need a recommendation from a present occupant to get in, so let me know if you want to make a lifestyle change. |

Hi! I have again a cultural question: This is Eastern time, and we have bank holiday on today, Friday, and 1st and 2nd Eastern days on Sunday and Monday (also a bank holiday). How is this in US? Good Friday is not a federal holiday and so banks and post office are not closed. Many local governments do observe the holiday (I am a state employee and have off tomorrow). The New York Stock Exchange is closed. There is no Easter Monday in the U.S. ETA: In other words, there is no true public holiday around Easter in the United States. Thank you juniemoon! I was just wondering, since this NNA will come out on Monday. |

JUst voted and voted for BTIKM on VH1.. I have to say that I am so confused about Adam' comings and goings,Will do Queen in Russia?,In England ,maybe a new venue?,new single,where,when and why are so up in the air for me.. OK two good things.. May 15th album and know titles of songs..It's a start.My head is spinning,watch tonight or monday on LOGO.. Help

If you skipped this earlier, it's worth a watch/listen...you can hear Adam on and off all through it...and this version actually shows Adam at center stage, too...if you click on the top and play on utube, you can listen to it while you scroll Atop or Twitter or whatever and then just switch over to the vid when you hear Adam's solo parts... This is one of the most played songs on my iPod! I think it's absolutely fantastic. Adam sounds and looks great, as does everyone else there. Amazing tribute to Mr. Gabriel Paige! |

As a friend of mine put it, you don't get to be a superpower by taking off work for things as silly as your soul, family, or rest. LOL. Christmas is the only religious holiday that is a national holiday in the U.S. The other national holidays are secular in nature. |

Just curious...does it ever make you cry (from the joyousness of it all?) Because it does me. And I'll admit that I cried happy tears more than once at Adam's GN shows--just from pure beauty/joy/vibes I'd never experienced before. I wish I'd been in THAT crowd, too!  AND...Adam's voice is as recognizable to me throughout the whole thing as the HeWhoCannot amedet(s)! Will he ever wear the silver pants again? |

It is a cut throat business .... but it also works the other way around ... me and my boss set "out of office" today whith the attitude of "get lost peeps" ... in a country where tomorrow is NOT universally off .... business will go on, we will prosper anyhow, and time off is important. US has to adapt, if they want to do businesss. BTW Have you ever asked an American for a meeting on July4th???? ETA: Yall know why I neeeeed tomorrow/tonightrecuperating off, don't you? |
