I hope Adam is never in the position that he has to resort to singing idiotic songs written by Kesha. "Now that I'm famous you're up in my anus" An example of her brilliant lyrics, and I don't give a F**k how many record she sells, that is bubblegum pop, very little talent required, every song sounds the same. She has written a song for Brittney Spears, who is desparate for a comeback, so no surprise there. Get the hits while they're hot suckers.
It is obvious that Adam is striving for longevity , respect in the industry , and an album that he states will be honest and open about his life experiences. Why would a true fan recommend that he would sell-out to songs like Keshas just to get hits on the radio. I hope Adam writes an album that he feels from his heart, and if it does not sell millions like the shit that Kesha (and many others) spew out that is okay by me.

I love that it starts slow. How else to establish the right emotional tone for the song? After all, it's not JUST a dance remix. It's got a purpose and a message. And I don't think you're in the minority if you don't care for it... I think we're pretty balanced. No ass kicking! ITA!!!! I LOVE IT!! And I am NOT a fan of remixes. In fact, they drive me nuts most of the time and I'm a former dancer. I used to hate when remixes were used in aerobics or dance classes (ALWAYS). But I really enjoy this remix. The vocals are front and center. The emotion comes through. It's catchy and fun, without losing gravity. I don't get how people focus on one component and dismiss, but that's me. I think the sum of all parts work REALLY well together. And sorry, no, with Kesha. Write jingles for TV commercials. He's trying to do authenticity here. DNW McPop songs, sorry. :-/

I am really off on my twitter prediction. I said August! I was too optimistic with the last guessing and now this time I was too pessimistic. Maybe we'll have a 1.5 million prediction and I'll get that right!

We are all true fans here.

53 pages????!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Dudes.... So sorry I missed the flail here today. Work was a beyotch, but I did catch the remix debut and some of the Twitter fun. No way I can catch up here, so I just read the last 6 or so pages. Just in time to see all the people who don't love the remix weighing in, LOL! :-/ Well, put me in the I FUCKING LOVE IT column, cuz I do. For me, it really holds up well to repeat plays. And the beat is totally in my brain. I wish I could remember who it was who speculated that it might sound a bit like the Morgan Page IIHY remix, but I think that was right on. Seems like the same pacing, and the same cool, slightly trippy, dreamy, pulsing vibe. A song for the end of the night at the club, when people are a little drunk, a little touchyfeely and paired-off, and everything becomes a fuzzy blur of heat and sound and light. Love it!

Maybe we'll have a 1.5 million prediction and I'll get that right! That's why I said July. I too was overly optimistic on our last preditcion. So, I used my optimism, this time, then added a month! Even if I had said June, I'd be off!
