But I don't think announcement fanfare is enough to push a non stan into buying it out of the blue, I don't think it works that way. Most people need to hear a song several times before they click that button to buy it. I mean, sure it would be great if there was a big splashy premiere, I won't argue with that. But I don't think it's vital for the long term success of the track. And whatever they do is really dependent on the rollout strategy they've laid out that we're not privy to. A few weeks on radio, before the sale, is the normal way and the way RCA has done every other artist but Adam. It is very weird for them to release it for sale and to radio around the same day. The only thing I can figure is that they are counting on us, to drive the i-Tunes position up so that radio immediately latches on to it. It was impossible on Dec. 20th due to the holiday freeze, but this time it just might work! If we get it into Top 20, like we did with BTIKM, and the 5 stations he is doing the Spring concerts for start spinning it immediately, it could move up the sales charts and the radio charts fast! Please, from my fingers to the Universe's ears! Please!!! Radio doesn't treat Adam like one of their favorites . Adam implied that the music business /radio is like High School. We all know about the 'cool' kids. I agree with mys*&@^#r, I think radio plays have to be fan driven and Adam has just the right fans to do the driving..

Thanks for posting. Maybe someone with a good ear can tell us if they hear a measurable difference between this New NOCE and the old snippet. I suppose it makes no difference. This new one is the one we are going to hear. I am hoping to like it a lot better then the first snippet, but I guess I will have to wait to hear the whole song. The only thing that counts if that DJs like it and play it.

Congrats to those with tickets for the Kimmel show! Congrats to maitospf for the winning guess on the single announcement!
When the first two London Queen shows quickly sell out, might they try to recreate history and do four shows in a row at the Hammersmith? If I were booking a flight, I wouldn't schedule a return until after the 14th to be on the safe side!
Still no word on the concert in Kiev with Elton John?

soundcloud.com/kinkykiedis/al-ncoe-new-snippet-on-a-loop?utm_source=soundcloud&utm_campaign=share&utm_medium=twitter&utm_content=httpYeah, this snippet is the part of the song that makes me SO excited for NCOE being the next single. Singing along to the loop, can't help but sneer like Adam/Elvis - and that driving beat leading to the fast drums is just the sort of thing I love to listen to while I'm driving (it reminds me of the wild crescendo in "We Found Love" which I LOVE). (I'm probably using the word "crescendo" incorrectly, I just mean the really fast beat explosion part.) "Forget about the sunrise, Fight the sleep in your eyes, I don't wanna miss a second with you. Let's stay this way forever It's only getting better If we want it to . . ." (drum, drum, drumdrumdrumdrumdrumdrumdrumdrum) "You know that I (throb, throb, throb) wish that this night. . ." (throb, throb, throb)
