Hey guys!! Again, thanks for all your concern. We're still just in thunderstorm mode here right now, with a tornado watch (conditions favorable, etc.). Been there, done that all my life, so I'm used to it. Not that I don't respect Mother Nature or anything.
I'm honed in on the weather channel and if it changes to a warning, I will move. Otherwise, I'm fine here for now.
The second cell just went through and it rained hard and thundered louded...lol! But, no major wind at all, so far.
This is supposed to go on until 1 AM my time, so no point in going to a shelter or anything now unless I really need to. And, I have no clue if they would let me bring my cats and I'm NOT leaving them. May sound silly to you guys, but they're like my kids and I'd never abandon them.
It will all be okay. If I have to leave, they'll be in their carriers and go with me, where ever we end up going.
Ok, way too long of an OT post. Going to go frost the cake I just baked...lol!

True, it's totally because of a different calendar. I am half Russian and when my grandparents were alive we celebrated both! Christmas too! But even with the US calendar, isn't Easter a different day, and even month, alternating between April and March each year...? Easter is a moveable feast, meaning it is not fixed in relation to the civil calendar. The date of Easter varies between 22 March and 25 April. Eastern Christianity bases its calculations on the Julian calendar whose 21 March corresponds, during the 21st century, to 3 April in the Gregorian calendar, in which the celebration of Easter therefore varies between 4 April and 8 May. Re CLYG, PUU and MP: I have abandoned all hope Adam will ever sing them live because he was asked that question at least once during this promo and he seemed resolved not to do it. I really don't understand why. Maybe, although he is able to sing them individually, making them a part of the show would put too much strain on his cords. A one off CLYG as a treat for us would be nice, though. Re covers, he did say he'd like to sing Sweet Child Of Mine, and, man, would I like to hear that.... But my bets are there won't be any covers this time, he's got plenty of material of his own. Maybe Queen songs would be in place, after all the concerts:)

OT, but... We've been discussing music videos, so I thought I'd mention this new one by Paul McCartney - featuring Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp. Shows one doesn't need big production... It may be of special interest to Cassie. now.msn.com/entertainment/0414-mccartney-video.aspxSuch a simple song and beautiful. I wonder if Adam's song "Underneath" will be kind of "naked" and spare like that. I'd love it.

Thanks for posting, it is fabulous! I loved the NNN performance, though, it's a toss for me. If anyone's interested in posting your favourite performances of Adam's songs, I'd love to know that

Aw, thanks for the kind comments. The dolphin video did make me feel thankful for all the people in my life lately, real and virtual, lol, who drag my tail back into the ocean from time to time when I get stuck in the sand. The video showed the power of good collective energy! Adam's music does that for me as well. I love it when it is fun; I love it when it is deep, depending on what I need to hear. That is why Trespassing will be perfect for me. And May 15th is getting closer and closer! And yes, NoAngel, Adam is really something.

I don't think I have ever been to concert without a few covers. I think the artists like to perform songs of their favorites. I am still expecting a few covers from Adam. It was unusual that he saved them for the encore but since Glam Nation had a theme, I guess he thought that was the only way to do them.
