Hope I'm not a Debbie Downer. But I share the sentiments of someone on PULSE today who said: "Hoping we are getting ADD date soon. RCA needs to push this song...GO RCA GO!!!!" Yes, we can request. But that leaves it up to fans. and most dj's just ignore "the glamberts". It would be so nice to know that RCA really had plans to push this song. I will feel better when the song is getting ADDS on the big POP stations. Enough with the HAC. I am not sure why they have not released an Add date for NCOE. Not usually a secret date. But a number of stations in the US have told fans they plan to play it just not yet. We also do not know when Adam will be on Idol but May 17th seems likely. Just one possible scenario -- they want NCOE to have an impacting date that coincides with Idol. That would make the adds date May 14-15. They have done a ton of groundwork on radio to lay a foundation for NCOE to get airplay. I have no idea what the plan is, I just know there is a plan!! ---- Part of fandom is angsting about things --- First we angst because we do not know the single. Then we angst because we wanted a different single. Then we angst because we do not have an add date. Then we angst because it is not getting enough adds. And then Hoppers mentions the possibility of Melvin returning -- and that is the only thing that makes me angsty!! ETA: It has not even been 2 weeks since NCOE was announced as the single -- they need at least 2 weeks to get set to do a real push for a single. Best to have more time. |

I'm sure we'll here something soon. Just heard/read somewhere that it's up on All Access Top 40, HAC and Canada, as a hot pick, or new single, something like that. I'll give it till tomorrow or next week before we'll here something. It seems like RCA is pushing things behind the scenes. Someone made this comment on twitter a couple of days ago, that it seems that the radio stations are just jumping on playing NCOE, (the few that did already) without much fanfare from fans. Remember when BTIKM was announced, there was all of these polls, tricks, games, and hoops that they were making the fans go through to play the song. I haven't seen any of that, besides the standard trash or smash that radio do with just about all new singles. So just sit back and relax. We'll here something ~soon. ;D I agree with you that we shouldn't be worried in any way! NCOE has been out less than a week! However, expect to have to jump through the same hoops and do the same polls in the near future. You haven't seen any of that because the song hasn't been out long enough and there aren't many stations playing it at this time. All of these fun polls and nights of whacking  will be coming up soon enough. |

After a few more spins of Voodoo and Shady, I have to say that Sam Sparro and Adam are just a musical match made in heaven! Need more collabs!! One on every Adam album and one on every Sam album please thanks bye :D
