Pleased to see its on their list now! Within 24 hours of a station playing a song, it will appear on the Mediabase request form and stay there for 7 days from the last play. |

I rejoice every day that Adam is Adam, in all of his complexity. There are days when I wonder what would have happened if Adam's talent wasn't* so undeniable and extraordinary. He probably never would have made it past Hollywood week, let alone enjoying the kind of success he has today. It's not easy, but without that unique level of ability, it would have been impossible. Back to happier things...the Sauli photo. There's a man who knows how to take care of his body. Lucky Adam, on many levels. * Weren't? The subjunctive always screws me up... Thats a really interesting thought experiment. Makes me think of Jesse Owens - who had to jump from well behind the long jump line to ensure the cheating judges wouldnt disqualify him and still won the Olympics long jump because of his extraordinary talent. Or even, Obama, America's first african american president who had to be so "excellent" in so many ways before he broke that ceiling. Sometimes it takes an exceptional representative to turn the human face towards new possibilities. As for Sauli, I cant resist saying it: I think Sauli hit the powerball. He's a nice man with a lovely body and other nice qualities too Im sure, but Adam? Adam is in a league of his own. |

Thank you Q3 I found your post on responses to Adam very helpful!
Im convinced that one (of the many) reasons many women like Adam is that women swim more naturally in the world of "energy" (not all women) and Adam is a highly energy-oriented male. Hard to explain in afew words what I mean by that - but its related to the grace and fluidity of his motion and his high high degree of awareness and sensitivity.
Most women i think would LOVE that from their men.

Good point! I was thinking about when she got Twitter bombed and about some the the posts on old Planet Fierce during the first album cycle. A few fans were relentless. ETA: Totally unrelated -- I really would love to see Adam on the Graham Norton Show. Seems like they would be so funny together. |
