Freshtival musings.... Its worth restating tho' that buying a hotel room gets you FOUR (4) tickets. Which comes out to $63/person for all-day event passes plus a place to sleep if peeps want to share bunking. Or, one can wait for the radio give away tix, which are free day passes. Its just has to do with the level of risk one is willing to deal with. Agree 100% and I have a very low risk tolerance, and thus the habit of throwing adam all my $$ at every opportunity, lol. The Gaylord is really nice and so is the whole National Harbor area. THe DC area is great on holiday weekends because so many of the locals travel and the town is relatively quiet for tourists. I hope a lot of out-of-state'ers come. Should be a great experience. I am sure we can get some groups together for lunch or dinner that day and/or brunch on Monday morning. It will be great when those in the area who are there for other events get to hear his voice. No better advertising than a live performance close enough for by-standers to hear and be amazed!! Weeeee.... can't wait!!! |

On the topic of Adam's mood in 2010, Anjalee, if I remember correctly, you have an interest in (and study?) energy, correct? So I respect and appreciate your perspective. I think 2010 was such a whirlwind and roller-coaster year for Adam and we saw so much of him on TV and onstage and in interviews. To me he seemed busy and happy most of the time, but of course none of us are in his head and who knows what he was feeling at any given moment. The pap vid from January 2011 is definitely a downer for me, because he looks at the very least annoyed and unhappy with being papped. According to Adam, this was during his "dramatically shut in" phase, so I guess this fits that mood I guess. But like others have said, things changed after Sauli came to LA in late January, and he seems very happy now, so it's all good  Mmmm I do have an obsession with energy NoAngel and thanks for saying that! I guess the first thing we are taught in that eneryg class is dont assume what we "see" is the truth. Sometimes you can ask the person themselves. But even then you cant believe the other person entirely because so much of what people are giving off energetcially is unconscious to them - so its kind of "this is what I see - who knows what the truth is". I did see him as having a difficult time somewhere in 2010-ish and to be honest even after he met Sauli it seemed to take some time before their body language in public flowed the way it does now. But what matters is now, and he does seem to be in a good space and i think particularly I felt something shifted with Sauli after the Xmas in Finland (and the fight). They seemed to me to be closer after that and more relaxed. Thats what I see. Who knows the truth. Yes, I already commented this right after Finland accident. The dynamics changed fundamentally. I could read it clearly from Sauli, being a Finn myself, but also saw it in Adam. This is not one of my business, but I have found myself thinking what happened, and my best candidate is, that this accident just made them to think about the whole thing. Where they were, and was it worth keeping, and how easy it is to lose. Obviosly the outcome was "KEEP", they signed it by OOFTA (pretty permanent statement) and proceeded to the next phase. But what do I know.. Yet I am happy for them and for all of them who take strength and courage from their example. |

I enjoyed a lot both pictures animated posted today, thank you for sharing your visions with us!  Someone (sorry don't have time to browse the thread a second time) was hoping that Adam's leopard-star-shirt might be sleeveless, but alas, no. It probably has normal short sleeves like here diabro.net/product_info.php/cPath/193_2031/products_id/24939. ETA ... and I truly hope that he has not acquired the harem pants  |
