On glam vs. more natural looks and everything in between - I agree that because Adam seeks and has such balance in his life AND is easily bored, he's changing up all kinds of things a lot.
I thought that, as usual, Adam was IINCREDIBLE eye candy on AI and I was glad that the song, message, and look were what they were. It ticks me off when so many mentions of Adam include "eye-liner" and "make-up" references. It frustrates me when he's reduced to just that . . .
I think that he is putting that to bed, but NOT that that is his point or mission with anything - just the result of the fact that he IS much more than that and, slowly but surely, I think, that's becoming apparent to more and more.

I was looking for the YouTube from Thursday to do a screen grab of where I have my TV paused right now, but Devenlane's has been blocked by Freemantle (damn them!) But I came across this, which I've never seen. Really cute and he gets almost emotional talking about Adam, which starts at about 4:12. i love this guy! it's great that his first reaction is to laugh and say adam is a delight. it's so true. that's why i love him so much. ADAM = JOY and i've had a youtube up of adam's idol aftermath since it came out and have been watching it over and over and over again. i guess it's still working because i haven't closed out yet. between viewings i keep the vid paused on this:  |

All those things are the "real" Adam! I know of no other artist who incorporates so many amazing things into his/her persona. None. Male or female. And there will be so much more of him to experience in the future. Isn't it exciting??!!??[/b]  |

I love leather !!! I really liked that silver leather jacket he had on during the Grammy Summit with the blingy studs. I'm willing to forgo the glitter and rhinestones for a leather with studs look on our "studly" AFL. (At the after Christmas sales, I got a pair of silver rocker boots with chains and I would love to have a jacket like his silver one to wear to Tour # 2 next fall/winter....it's all about the fashion LOL) i love that jacket too. It it the same jacket he wore on Idol WLL he just took off the feathers and he made it look like new. He is very creative with his clothes.  wal JazzRocks love love your new avi's!! |
