Q3, Do we know who is the New Lane? Is Shoshanna doing the US promo for Adam as well? Shoshanna is handling the UK -- and she is doing some EU press. But most of the UK promo is being handled by Sony UK. Adam does not have a "new Lane" and I doubt he will have anyone in quite that role in the future. Jeff Frasco handles some of what Lane did -- he works for Adam's management co, DMG. US/Canada Promo is mostly being done by RCA. This could all change when he goes on tour but I do not recall seeing any PA with Adam when he visited all those US Radio stations. It appears to me that Adam is doing much of this himself -- which is pretty typical for a recording artist at his level. And he really does not appear to have an entourage. He often even carries his own bags. Thanks, Q3. I would volunteer to carry his bags...

I really love that Adam carries his own bags. He does not like to be babied or coddled, he is a take charge guy, the ultimate HBIC! Just one of the things I love about Adam Fucking Lambert

He often even carries his own bags. Was Jeff Fransco the guy that Adam referred to at a couple of the radio promo events? There was a woman with Adam at that Rock radio station that pulled him in for an unscheduled interview. I remember her, because she was giving the "cut it off" sign when the station played something from the fake album. Although, besides that blunder- those DJs were really cool and very respectful of Adam! I think "Poor Lane" to myself on a weekly basis. From Adam and GNL to...other artists and events. Q3: If you are still around, what do you make of the listing for the single Trespassing? Why isn't Adam mentioned as a co-writer?

ame. Please don't leave. The last time someone on Atop bit my head off for no good reason, I went outside with my lunch bag and broke down in tears. Being misunderstood is seriously painful for an introverted person. I considered just quietly deleting my account and walking away, closing the door behind me and never looking back. Then I thought about all the fun, great people I would miss -- people I would name except I don't want to miss one -- and decided not to let my fun be ruined, and I came back on and posted as much or more than ever. As JFK said, Fuck 'em if they can't take a joke. My two cents about the backup singers and the inexplicable debate about it. Leadership is critical to the success of any organization. I work in a research library. We had extremely successful projects for years considering our size and funding. I was proud to work here because we had such great, dedicated, talented and amazing people who cared passionately about the cause here. Once for reasons too tedious to explain the bosses were all gone for a month. Things ran as well or better than ever and we got tons done. We were so motivated! Then our old boss retired and we got a new boss. Now we can't do anything right. Our projects are poorly conceived failures, the staff is demotivated and at each other's throats, and it's hell to work here. Even our small wins feel like defeats. The staff members have not changed. The leadership is what has changed. It denigrates no one's talent to point out that having a driven leader who appreciates talent, empowers his talent to suggest ideas, and is intuitive about people will get great results. Adam is growing into that man and good for him, and good for us. My 2 cents. GREAT WORDS!!!! Junie!ame: Come back!!! We all love you! Don't let your feathers get ruffled. Junie: so sorry you felt hurt, I don't think anyone here intentionally tries to hurt another's feelings here, sometimes things come out wrong, sometimes things get taken too seriously, sometimes peeps are already feeling vulnerable and take offense when it is not intended. I LIVE for a good response, or any response, for that matter, to the things I post here. It is hard when no one acknowledges your posts, but I have learned to not take it personally. Everyone has their own interests and passions here. The fun thing is to just enjoy, scroll when you don't, but participate when you can. That is my 2 cents. I love you all! Atop rocks!

Back to Mahailia's comment's about posting. I'm fairly new here, so don't jump in very often, but I did post a few comments about my reactions and feelings about the Kimmel event last week. At the time the only person who acknowledged my post was Reihmer - thank you, I appreciated that.
I felt my reactions were a little different than others that were posting. For example, I was really taken with "Broken English" - I thought it was sublime. Also I gave a shout-out to the two back-up singers and felt they added greatly to the whole performance.
Now several threads later, I'm finding that a few others have singled out "Broken English" as well - and even more importantly, I've been following the discussion on his backup singers. I found that in the Kimmel live performance, they added such richness, fullness and depth. I'm very glad they're with Adam's ensemble.

great gifs and pics, Adamrocks how do you find this stuff? Aww thanks, Mahailia! I just have fun googling a subject and going to where there will be images and gifs for it. Photobucket is a good place to find things. Once I opened my Photobucket account and learned how to copy and paste images I became a 'gif posting FOOL'!! LOL!! : ;D
