Great thread. Great discussion. Different valid viewpoints are being shared in a respective manner. How one perceives things is all based on personal context. What I find funny may be offensive to others. I don't take it as anyone trying to make me change my mind, in fact the dicussion opens my mind and makes me more aware of other people's sensibilities. It's all good. I will try to be respectful to the board. However, I like the shallow end as well as the deep end. RL is serious enough. I've done the activist thing first as being black and an women. I am now doing the living thing. Life is grand, and funny, and moving and meaningful. It's just easier if a little of the ridiculous is thrown in on the side. J/S. IMHO I'll have a side of ridiculous. Living in India you can get second serves of ridiculous ;D

Glass half-full??? Hearing that... the first thing that came to my mind was Jennifer Love Hewitt on The Lopez Show talking about her bedazzling adventures. She's cute. Just wondering if that could be a choking hazard! ;D ;D
Well I have never heard of anything like this!!!! The things you learn here, thanks for posting. I feel my education is just beginning. ETA: And I am not a pearl clutcher, just been out here in BFE too long, I guess, not aware much of the current pop culture. Hahaha! If that's a good thing, think about matching the drapes to the carpet. (If you know what I mean) It can be quite OTT and fun.

Sorry to extend the vajayjay conversations but: Yes, Adam shouldn't have to please people but if he is trying to make it mainstream he needs to consider the message he is putting out there to new fans. There are enough here with objections to make me concerned what preconceived notions the general public might make upon hearing this term. Adam takes his show to many venues--do I see him calling these ladies vajayjay's on AI? I don't think that would be so good. The label he gives these ladies will stand alone without context and opinions will be formed without knowing Adam or his artistry. Whereas Adam may be ultra provocative on stage, his acting out sexual acts always fits the moment and the music. He can get ultra dirty with his microphone during a deep and dirty rendition of WLL but that wouldn't translate the same if he were to be titled "masturbator" during a morning show interview. And there is a big difference between us talking about the GB among others who are fans, verses the message Adam is projecting to the general public.
