I'll have a side of ridiculous. Living in India you can get second serves of ridiculous ;D LOL - try LALA Land (SoCal to the uninitiated) where everything becomes ridiculous without half trying. Have to confess: part of me loves a bit of LALA and so Im drawn to the West Coast. But Adam is the ideal - he can go cray and he can be down to earth, Highly Functional and in charge. Who does that? I just say "Gimme".

@iamcarmit On set for @adamlambert NCOE video & it's lookin HOT! does anyone else think that Carmit choreographed this? What do yall think her role is? She also tweeted about being involved in the Adam's Kimme show. I think Adam said somewhere or I read somewhere that Carmit is Adam's creative director.

I want to quote cassie's post from Pg one but my phone won't let me. Cassie, I agree 100%. I have absolutely NO doubt that Adam is the boss and what we see and hear in performances is 100% his decision. Yes, he collaborates and has expert Glamily members. But he has said he is a control freak. We also know he has a creative vision for every song, way back when they were choosing the songs. I think the green tornado is a perfect example of Adam's vision. EXACTLY! I've completely changed my mind! I must have hit my head this afternoon! No one matters but Adam. Whoever is on the stage with Adam is not important. I will never utter another musician or artists name again. Adam is all that matters.

my thoughts after reading today's thread: 1) I read and react (albeit silently) to everything posted and don't understand why every single poster doesn't intuitively know that. Imma gonna have to put it in writing more often I guess. 2) Vajayjay - sounds pig latin to me and since pig latin isn't my first language I'm not qualified to comment. Has a nice ring to it though. Hmmm, speaking of first languages, foreigners have a better grasp of the English language than I do and they're worried about being understood. This Okie stands in awe. (Okie -- meaning I'm from Oklahoma -- meaning I'm a dumb hick if you buy into stereotypes.) 3) Glambulge - me likey, but me can keep that to myself if that offends. I'm an accommodating Okie - or is that an accommodating burrito? Either way if the topic becomes taboo I'll not mention the unmentionable. 4) Last but not least, I really, really love reading all the opposing views on various topics. I don't actually get involved and definitely do not get invested because other weightier issues in my Taco Bell take precedence, but it's fun (and cathartic) to have a birds-eye view into a community that argues over whether or not it's politically correct to say a man should or shouldn't wear pink nail polish. And here I'm worrying about when to take the ground beef off the burner. But since I mentioned it, I could not care less (hooray for me for writing that grammatically correct!) what color nail polish a man wears. He only needs to be kind, caring and decent. Adam, I'm looking at you.

Here's a novel idea. The girls are on twitter and obviously freely engage with the fans. Why don't those of you who are concerned about the nickname simply ask them how they feel about it? The intent behind the words is much more powerful than the word itself. When we remove all context from around the words we are deliberately sabotaging communication. Bullies often use the excuse that they are only teasing but the difference between teasing and bullying is often not in the words themselves but the intent and context of the words. In dog obedience classes one of the demonstrations that trainers often do involves cussing your dog out using but in the sweetest most saccharine tones. Every one laughs because the dogs reacts with joy and love but then the trainer uses loving words with harsh negative tones and the dogs cringe. People in reality often react the same way. Being from the South I have experienced being dressed down and totally humiliated by people using perfectly acceptable even complimentary words yet delivered with the utmost contempt. It was not the words themselves that hurt me. I have also been with groups of people who use language the is considered derogatory and insulting but the atmosphere and deliverance are of acceptance, love and unity. As Adam is trying to say in Broken English the words are only the "tip of the iceberg" and there is a lot of communication that is not only possible but in some ways much clearer when you look beyond the words. Beautifully said...jointly with that concept I agree on body language. And as Adam IMO also brings to that song--when there are no words, there is body language, feelings and magic.
