mindchnger @mindchnger so someone at pulse predicted 100k for trespassing first week. I WOULD BE SO TOTALLY OK WITH THAT :D that's more than I expect tbh i wonder what the presales total will be - and whether they count towards the first week of sales. ??? |

It has always been my understanding that presales count toward first week sales. Why shouldn't they? |

I've often wondered that too. I think they should count or why would they push us to pre order? |

Took the day off work today and the first thing I did was come here and put my DVD of Glam Nation on. Just gettin ready. WOW, it's still sooooo good. NEXT!!!!!!! ;D

3rd - I'm going to start "talking up" Adam. I talk about everything else I listen to but I usually keep pretty quiet about my fan obsession. It's funny but I have no problem running down the list of singers that I like but hesitate to say Adam Lambert. Mainly because it always seems to draw a comment. I tend to get defensive pretty quickly especially on certain topics. So, I've decided when I get any kind of feedback that I'll just say, "Have you heard his new stuff? He's got a solid sound that I love, you should really check his tracks out on I-tunes." I hesitate to say his name for another reason; I do talk a LOT about him but there's this annoying thing that when I pronounce his name in the finnish way it sounds REALLY stupid. And I can't pronounce it in the american way because first it's difficult and second it sounds weird in the middle of finnish discussion.  Annoying little problems. ;D And it's funny to hear how other finns pronounce it: Adum Lammbert or Ädäm Lämbert... (sometimes I keep replaying his name in my head like ticking of the clock: A-DAM A-DAM A-DAM...  ) (finns: or like the christmas song tiptaptiptaptipetipetiptap: a-dam a-dam a-a- adam a a dam.) I never thought of this -- too funny. I'm not great at phonetics but, I guess, we North Americans say his name: Add - um. How is his name spelled in the Finnish newspapers? Just curious -- the same or different? |
