Am I reading the numbers correctly? This is the #1 station? It is the sister station of the #1 station, Z100!! NYC is the #1 market and WKTU has been doing a nice job with their spins!  We will probably get WAEB next week. |

The single he is performing on Idol this week has "self released" on it. BRB, I have his numbers stored somewhere. ETA: It sold 46,000 the first week and has sold only 118,000 to date. |

This is somewhat OT but still Numbers related - didn't Cook have more TV promo around his album drop date than Adam has had so far? I asked that question earlier but didn't get a reply. If so it tells me that TV doesn't matter all that much unless the music/performances resonate with viewers. Still hoping for more TV in the next couple of weeks. Also - I hope you're right about WAEB. I'm requesting daily. |

You're right. TV doesn't matter that much unless it is a huge show like Idol. And, unfortunately, for David, his Idol performance last year was not good!
I have no problem with RCA and DMG concentrating on radio. It is the right thing to do.

I agree that radio should be the #1 priority right now. So Adam and his team are on the right track.
I do think a morning show on the week of the album drop is really valuable ( and seems like pretty standard promo for most artists). I was so confident Adam would get this. Should we have heard by now? Do the morning shows even have openings in their schedules that might work for Adam? I'm too lazy to check.
