Does anyone know how this works? Is this some kind of voting? There is definitely voting involved, but as far as I've been able to figure out, Adam's division or whatever isn't up for votes just yet. There's a link to the article that explains the whole thing on page 1 in the headlines. |

I'M BAAAAAACK! I cannot tell you how much I missed all of you and this special place. And Adam, of course. There is no way I can catch up with five days of posts, but, according to tinafea yesterday, there was not much Adam news. Don't know if I am happy that I didn't miss it or sad that there is not a bunch of wonderfulness to come back to. So, is there anything I NEED to check out? A good starting place? Or just start at the end and work back? Hi -- Welcome back! Just start at the end and work back - that way you'll always find the things you want to look more closely at - I'm thinking I'm gonna join your music class here - I love your assessment of Adam's skills - but haven't always gone there! "...after you die you can be anything you want to be"... - NO COMMENT (to use RCA Ed's latest communique : ;D ) The article didn't say he put the collection together in two weeks, just that his grandmother died two weeks before. For all we know his family could have been preparing for her death for awhile. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying? That his quote was "shallow," in your opinion? I think I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. There are many who believe the soul is "liberated" after death. That could have been what he meant. no...not shallow...it is that I just have a hard time relating to stuff like this... to me it sounds pretentious at best and potentially harmful at worst... liberation through death? no way! If he wanted to devote this collection to his grandmother - that's wonderful and touching and inspiring... but not that stuff... as usually YMMV  I'd rather go with " after you die you can be anything you want to be". = Adam's message |

Adam sings A Change is Gonna Come and perhaps for "on the fence" fans, the process has begun. They witnessed wild, sexy, openly gay Adam at the AMA's, in magazines and TV shows, yet still professed love and admiration for his Aftermath performance last week.
