Morning everyone! Just got back from my daily walk with one of my neighbors and she mentioned that she and her husband happened to hear Adam's NPR interview last week and they were VERY impressed! (Note: they both know who Adam is and watch Idol but have not kept up with him.) Her husband was very impressed with how well-spoken, articulate, humble, gracious, honest, etc. Adam was and his wife said "just like he was on Idol, dear!" Several times she said "just a really awesome interview, very impressive; you can tell how grounded he is and how fortunate he feels to be where he is." While my friend knows I am a huge Adam fan, she's also very honest and would never have said those things if she didn't feel that way. Was a great way to start the day!

When he starts tweeting his location it's usually after he already left and it's the request of the establishment. Notice how the place tweeted right back "glad you enjoyed your meal". Adam has done that for a couple of hotels too. It's promo for the hotels and they probably comp Adam for doing it. The fact that he tweeted about it a few times makes me think they comped the entire party. It's worth it for the establishment. I know last night and in the past when Adam tweets out about a hotel or bar etc people start looking it up. I've seen them do that on twitter and I have done it myself.
