I think that is exactly it - it's all outa the box and radio types (and the listener) don't know what to do. There was a station in LA years ago called Pirate Radio that played some of the best stuff that no one ever heard of - it was great. Then suddenly it turned Spanish language or sports, don't recall, but we have nothing like it anymore.
