YESSSS!! My HAC station is playing NCOE. I requested via twitter. My first time hearing it on radio. (Chair dancing ensues while I write a paper for a class I'm taking.) ETA: and the announcer even said whose song it is (they often say nothing). . A lot of people say "Yay, NCOE is playing on my station!" Could you all say the station and what city it is in or at least what state? It helps with the new spin and request tracking. Thanks!  The number like B104 doesn't help either because many stations have the same numbers. For instance there is a 95.1 here in Ventura, CA that is an HAC station. Then there is also a 95.1 in the San Bernardino/Riverside area that plays Country! |

OT Lol ;D Neil @negativeneil Mister Rogers is the best thing Autotune has ever been applied to. j.mp/LCE1s0I was terrified of Mr. Rogers as a child. When he said, "won't you be my neighbor?" I would run through the house because I thought he was going to come take me away! I watched the first 30 seconds of this and I'm still traumatized!!!!! Mr. Rodgers with autotune is CREEPY!!! As if he needed any help being creepy...... Okay, I can't let any dissing of Fred Rogers go without comment... Every time they had an open house at WQED we took the kids and those times remain among their fondest memories many years later. We "knew" Mr. Rogers, Lady Aberlin, Mr.McFeeley, Chef Brockett, and Joe Negri as well as we knew our own neighbors. When my kids were in their late teens, I had a boss (young) who had worked for Fred and it was awesome to hear that he was 100% the person he appeared to be on TV, kind, generous, always there if anyone needed anything. One person was not as portrayed, but that was the late 70s, so what's a little pot hidden in the false ceiling among friends. Fred never knew about it and that was probably for the best. I'm sad that kids now days have to be assaulted by the violence and stupidity of Power Rangers and Victorious, when Mr. Rogers was a much better role model. Oh and sorry if he creeped you out, but given the chance, you would have learned to love him...... lol. |
