OK, I guess I'll come back and post. I was trying to leave the chart stuff alone for while as everyone was still in album flail mode and i though no one would care but I guess that's worn off now.

It's not decreasing, it's just moving very slowly atm and has lost a couple of places because some of the big stars have released and shot by it. Every song around it has dropped places as well, as those big songs fly up to top 20. NCOE had a +7 spin increase today on HAC. It had a couple of negative days last week but is now slowly picking back up again.

The HAC chart is all over the place at the moment. Both Rihanna & Bieber's songs had negative updates this time two weeks ago now they've picked up again. Even Usher & Alanis slowed right down down for about a week before getting going again.

Three of the early adopting stations that were giving big spins to NCOE have decreased their spins for now, could be permanent, could just be temporarily, and it will take a while for the the newer adoptees to pick it up again. This is not a problem peculiar to Adam, it happens to every song that doesn't fly up the chart. If the song gets going again then those stations will most likely up their spins again. It's the way the HAC chart works unless you are a big star. There are new starters this week and it is getting going again. It is never going to shoot up the chart. Ever. So you need to stop expecting it to. Adam is not an artist that is going to have everyone jumping on board at once so there will be always fits and starts. It has happened to all three of his songs whether they have been hits or not.

Sirius have jumped on board and are spinning well, there are new CHR spinners coming on board and the song is moving. Some of the early spinning stations also decreased their spins here for a while but a couple are starting to play more than once a day again. CHR is picking up nicely at the moment and is climbing well but again NCOE is not going to suddenly shoot up the chart there either and will likely still not be Top 50 for a couple of weeks or so. Again only songs from the big stars move quickly on the chart.

Honestly, if you don't fully follow or understand all the dynamics of radio you're best off not focusing on the minutae or you will work yourself into a depression when it's not necessary. If new stations are coming on board, which they are on both formats as well as on Canadian HAC, then the song is far from dead and it is far too early to start worrying yourself about it.

C/p this would definitely be a lot quicker than repeating ourselves to no avail.
