I am in tears, Chunkey from laughing so much! I FLOVE your gratuitous use of Adam GIFs for the sole purpose of getting hits!! ;D Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I loved all the GIFs especially Adam. I missed last weeks blog. Keep up the fun work. I'll just have to look forward to next week.

I just wrote a longish post about his jewelry - spurred by the green necklace discussion. I deleted it because it was dumb and because I don't really care about his jewelry. ;D Glammit, jazzrocks, it might've been genius!! I just wasted 5 minutes googling green pendants because I just wanna know WHAT THAT THING IS for some stoopid reason...as if it matters! (LOL geezlouise to selling him driftwood and rope--you know he could pull it off, right? ) I can't even find an interview clip I've spent hours looking for--help, please--anyone? It's the black and white interview pre-Zodiac show where he's talking about what his costume will look like and he's wearing the spikey dog collar and his eyes are big and he's just precious? GELLY, are you still here? And Lynneville, loved your "constantly amazed at how contstantly amazed" you are post! Me, too. Sometimes my response almost iritates me: Visceral Self: OMG! That FYE intro is awesome! I LOVE the lyrics to this song! GOOSEBUMPS OF ANTICIPATION! Logical Self: It's just the FYE intro...calm down. Jeesh. Visceral Self: VOODOO! Such a sexay song! Eyes droop, head back, envisioning dark, sultry, swampy love-lust... Logical Self: You've heard this a million times! How can it always be like the first time? Get a grip! And so on, until I just tell Logical Self to STFU and be grateful that after two years, this guy's voice can still surprise me so. Please, let me never take it for granted! ;D

Every day I feel embarassed that I am part of a generation of people who willingly deny the rights of other people. IMO if the fans request aftermath-remix and praise the DJS for playing the song for such a great cause. They will play it.. There are lots every day people, fans, plus the gay community who will want to support the Trevor Project.. good Karma for all.. I'm not angsting this time around ;D First of all. I agree that there is no reason to angst about whether or not Aftermath Remix gets radio airplay or not. It would be nice, but is not essential. Just a reminder about US radio requests -- if a station has not added Aftermath to their playlist, the DJ cannot play it. Most stations are now programmed completely by a PD/MD and the DJ is just a personality. That means that no matter what they say they do not choose the songs that they are playing on their show or determine the frequency that it is played. RCA Ed posted that they were sending Aftermath Remix to radio but has no add date, and it is not listed in Mediabase. (The Aftermath that is listed in the album track and has no playlist adds.) So there is no indication that this is going to be played on the radio.

I phoned a local store yesterday and they will have GNT Live in stock on Monday and it's Saturday here already. WHOO HOO *waits impatiently* Adams voice has often reduced me to tears with it's sheer beauty. This is OT, but Hayley Westenra's performance of Amazing Grace yesterday at the Christchurch commemorative service also made me cry. Hayley is a successful classical singing star in the UK, but she was born in Christchurch and in fact had only been back in Britain from there a few days before the quake struck. I could see Hayley and Adam making beautiful music together. OMG!!! Catz, I am bawling. That is such perfection. Thank you. Absolutely beautiful. ((((((Christchurch)))))) Seems like an incredibly powerful show for your countrymen and women. Haha, regarding the "green thing," I'm with mys*&@^#r; I think it's some kind of novelty he picked up somewhere and he wore it to add a little green to his outfit. It does look like some kind of bar giveaway (except for the chain extensions in that shot Gelly posted – that I don't get ... ) Well, I'm in Palm Springs for the night, I should get out and enjoy it while there's still time. Won't have my CD/DVD until Monday.

I was going to wait for my DVD/CD to arrive, but I am giving in. Off to listen while I work... Yeah, we'll see if I can really work while I listen.

I've been disciplining myself to not watch until I get my DVD. It's hard to be firm, but I want my first experience to be on a big screen with good speakers. Does anyone know if the orders that are arriving this week count in the debut week numbers or are they too early. I am trying not to watch or listen to anything, and apparently I will have to wait until Monday until I have the DVD in my hand. Can I make it through the weekend. I am sorry I don't know how the numbers work, but I think they might count in debut week...where else could they count them?

Q3 that's too bad, so does this mean we shouldn't request the song on our local radio stations??Didn't Adam ask us a short while ago to request Aftermath Remix. It's a bit confusing :-/
