I tried making a DVD from the 4.1 GB download. It is in a format called "ts" which basically contains mpeg-2 video. Only 1 of my DVD softwares can read this and tries to convert it to mpeg which is needed to write to DVD. The big problem is that both the 4.1 & 6.6 GB videos are in PALS format which is an European format. They need to be in NTSC format to work on DVD players in the US. The software I have does not do this conversion properly. I think their is software that will do the conversion but it could take some time to find the right one and test it, which I don't have at the moment. I posted a link yesterday to a mp4 download that someone provided. It is a lower quality conversion of the 6.6 GB file so that it could be uploaded as 1 file less than 1 GB. That version was formatted with iTunes chapters, which is really nice when playing in iTunes. But my DVD software will not read it. The person has just uploaded a non-chaptered verson which I am about to try. This explains why mine didn't work. You are WAY more tech savvy than me! I really need to get my hands on a DVD of the Kiev concert. Unfortunately, I am not as tech savvy as some of you are! I'd also love to have the concert on my iPad. Who lives near me that could show me how to do it all, LOL?????

Thanks Talon I will look forward to your link to the FLAC files. Whats the difference between FLAC and wav files? I am very ignorant. I've a little audio recorder that I used at Adam's first solo concert and it recorded in wav format. I'm no audio expert but basically FLAC and Wav are very comparable - both far better than Mp3. I believe FLAC and Wav sound is actually identical - FLAC though takes up less space and you can tag the file with information any way you want. *shrug* I usually convert to Mp3 for myself so I can listen on my ipod anyways...

May not be of interest to anyone because these are expensive, crappy tickets but....
There are standing tickets available at the back of the upper level for all three Hammersmith shows. They are 71 pounds. These shows are officially "sold out" because these are not considered to be sellable tickets.

I have no idea how he did it, but my hubby was able to do this. The only thing I know is that the program he uses is NERO. Do you know which file he started with - the 1 GB or the 4.1 GB? It was devenlane's DL. Pretty sure it was the 4.1 I had no problem DLing this one at all. It was easy and fast. However, that DL link is gone now.
