[/IMG] I think the jackets are a wonderful part of his outfits. He looks so gorgeous and so "Adam" in them. The tanks are just tanks - kinda blah.
:dunno: :dunno: :dunno: But, but, but they show off his very fit arms and shoulders

Adam Lambert steps up as Queen frontmanOne of the comments Allen July 4, 2012 - 10:59 pmI was uncertain about Adam Lambert fronting Queen until I watched the Kiev concert on Utube. There is no doubt he is the only one in the world able to bring Queen music to life the way it should be. A magnificent concert. I hope he is as successful in his own right, since his new album Trespassing is brilliant. I’m hoping Queen plans a few concerts in the USA.

One of the things I think about as I watch Queenbert is Adam's hometown band. Queen is beyond amazing. Dr. May finesses that guitar like Don Juan and his lover. Roger and Rufus have both youth and experience to give the drums/percussion some serious mojo and although the bassist and keyboards are not very front and center, they provide such a solid backing to the band ... enough that they can fly. Adam said that he does not worry too much about singing Queen's songs because he knows that people love them but you have to know that being in a band that has a level of talent comparable to his own must give him ideas. Adam is loyal and realistic but if I were Tommy Jo, Isaac, Ashley, and Brian London, I would be practicing really hard right now. Just a thought, should I be dodging tomatoes. no tomatoes from me... I posted very similar "thoughts" yesterday - i just can't imagine how Adam will go back to playing with Tommy... Sorry I missed that because I would have been right there supporting you. One other thought, I am so glad that Adam is benefiting from the years of experience provided by Brian and Roger. They know that radio is fickle and I believe that Adam is receiving extremely positive encouragement from them to continue to travel his own path. I don't think he would have had the confidence to confess that performing his own songs can be more fraught with worry if he had not had that positive feedback from Brian and Roger. This thought makes me happy.

I've been thinking the same thing about his band. The other day, someone here used the saying "how you going to keep him down on the farm after he's see Paris?" I'm still overwhelmed by the sound of the Queen band.

Regarding some hardcore Queen fans' views on Adam's voice, performance style, credibility, etc., while appreciating the honesty and perspective, I've got this for them, and it happens to be a tweet favored by Adam himself, "You can not imagine the immensity of the fuck I do not give." Paul Roger's voice and performance put me to sleep, and no disrespect to Freddie and his fans, I do like some of Queen's music but Freddie's voice does nothing for me! But, that just goes to show music is subjective!! I'm NOT a fanatic, however, I AM a hardcore Adam fan. All I care about is Adam, his music and his career. The Queen gig undoubtedly gives him a huge exposure and press coverage, albeit mostly in Europe, and it aligns well with his UK launch, but most of all, it fulfills one of his biggest dreams, IMO. While enjoying all the epicness, I must say that I'm also very much looking forward to his return to the US to "kick some ass"! 8-
LOVE THIS POST!!
