Either way though.....congrats Q3 on being quite the prognosticator yourself!
We were pretty close on with only a few misses!

Q3 you missed A Kind of Magic from your list which Roger performed in last series of shows. It was only for the North American shows. So anything past Toronto didn't count.... Otherwise I would have added Teo Toriatte and IWBTLY and would have considered both AKOM and IWTBF AKOM and IWTBF are not songs performed on American soil. For the QPR 2006 tour, AKOM was skipped, Break Free was in the first few gigs and then dropped. The guitar solo is tough. When I say Guitar Solo, to me that automatically includes part of Brighton Rocks...as it's been the same basis for his solo since 1974 no matter what the solo is named in concert videos/CDs (Brighton Rock Solo/Guitar Solo/Guitar Extravagance) etc. As far as 2 more additional songs beyond BR and Last Horizon....I don't remember 2 more. I remember 1 more when he quoted Welcome To The Jungle...

Thanks! That seems like it might be the full show then. 2:18 sounds about right and if ends with WATC than that's a good start (hoping it still has Brian's solo, etc.)

I can't listen to it at work but is this the full show? the mmyy9 video listing says that the stream had missed pretty much everything after TYMD. Thanks! EDIT IN: And, perhaps I missed it, but did she upload the first concert to soundcloud? I can't d/l or capture from mixlr unfortunately :(

On the MJ duets -- the are very difficult to work with and very demanding. It is not so simple as a royalty split. MJ was the #1 earning dead artist last year and they made over $160 million. They are on track to make more this year. www.forbes.com/sites/dorothypomerantz/2013/10/23/michael-jackson-leads-our-list-of-the-top-earning-dead-celebrities/Regarding a Q+AL album -- I do not want covers of old songs either but it would be very marketable. And Queen is a business. And sure let them be bonus tracks. But Adam's DA, WWTLF and KQ are so different from the originals, I would not mind them being released. There is little change that Queen is going to get pop airplay for a song in 2014 -- unless they do something like Nile did with "Get Lucky" and I do not want "Electro Dancing Queen". Oh I know they are. I agree it's not simple. But it just makes sense. State of Shock was always more MJ's song and TMBMTLTT is more Freddie's song. The third more *dispusted* (and from what I hear pretty much crap anyways) duet is dropped from consideration.... Oh I don't believe Queen gets pop airplay either especially in the US. I could see a new Freddie track getting some play in the UK.... Oh and Brian let it slip during the Eddie Trunk interview confirming both Love Kills and Let Me In

I think we are all going to remember this as the 'Golden' summer! Onwards there's 'Live at the Rainbow' out next week and I think it will get in the way of a QAL DVD getting released in time for Christmas. Queen Forever's release seems to have been put on a back burner while the Micheal Jackson legal stuff gets sorted so that I can't see that happening any time soon. I think the European tour will happen just before the 'Queen Forever' release and Adam will once again be singing 'Love kills' to promote it. If we can't get the QAL DVD released in time for Christmas then I hope it gets released just after A3 to keep the hype and momentum going. I don't know when Adam will fit in his own tour! Next year will be even more sensational than this year! It's been awesome watching so many come to the realization that Adam is 'The Voice' of our times. I do not think that they will put our Q+AL DVD for Christmas 2014. They will be promoting Live at The Rainbow '74" for the holidays. can't have two Queen live DVDs out at the same time. I think that Queen Forever will need to be revised because I can't imagine that the Jackson estate will agree to release those three unfinished duets. And they really can't have very much left in the Queen vault if they are remaking Freddie solo releases - "Love Kills" and trying to release the Freddie-MJ duets -- none of which were Queen tracks: "There Must Be More to Life Than This" (Freddie solo track on Mr. Bad Guy) "State of Shock" (Michael and Mick Jagger released this already with MJ style production) and "Victory" (unfinished and unheard). I believe that the one duet will be dropped (Victory) - I believe the MJ estate will get and release State Of Shock, while Queen will get There Must Be More To Life Than This. Love Kills was confirmed. (Let Me In) Your Heart Again was also confirmed: The above is Brian's wife version. It was originally recorded during The Works period. Supposedly Anita used Freddie's voice as a guide vocal while learning it. A FULL Queen version could be spectacular. That's really all that's been bandied about - the rest will be "unusual" album tracks or whatever. UNFORTUNATELY there is a ton that *COULD* be used or finished like: DOG WITH A BONE LOVE that one with Freddie and Roger vocal interplay. A demo that could be finished - Many fans think that B&R could finish this one and do well with it. One last demo - Brian sung with a Freddie bridge...but they've done that before :D Kicks in about 2 min in.... Even ONE song with completely unheard Freddie vocals (Let Me In) is worth it for me Agreed on Spike...and John (dreaming...) BUT I do NOT want to se a QAL album with old covers of Queen songs. MAYBE one as a bonus track but I'd rather see new material!
