I almost forgot! I was at Target today and I periodically check to see how many Adam Lambert CDs are in their CD section. For the past year, his CD has been filed alphabetically under Pop/Rock. Last time I checked, about a month ago, there was one GNL and 2 FYEs. Today, they moved him to Best Sellers and there were 3 GNL (which to me means they had to reorder) and NO FYEs!! Woo-hoo!!!!!! WooHoo!!!!!! Is right! Yay! ;D

Here's my theory for the secrecy: Adam has a bit of hype in the press right now without leaking a single. The VH-1 special is brilliant and they are re-airing it plus on their website is all those fabulous extra interviews. Also, the Do-Something awards are coming up and he has a spot in Project Runway. So right around then, the new single drops, preparing everyone for his new fabulous album. Cleverly, Adam dropped a new song in Canada, which certainly created excitement and buzz, not because it showcased his jaw-dropping sexiness or his powerhouse vocals, but rather he delivered a powerful message using the simplest guitar and his pure, exquisite voice. This was a sweet surprise and got people talking. When the album finally does drop, everyone is going to be so very excited to hear it!! It'll be like everybody's birthday on one great fabulous day. A present for all of us to open at once. And who doesn't like presents? Adam is brilliant. Everything he has done has been timed in a way that made sense. Even the AMA debacle had brilliance in it. It certainly weeded out the weenies and the fraidy cats and pushed a huge LBGT issue to the front of the table for at least a little while. So I trust him and continue to be along for the ride. LOVE ALL YOU SAID! YAY! YAY! YAY! Perfect!

During GNT I thought that Sasha was a great dancer, but just didn't know how much, until I saw Sasha on SYTYCD. She really is blowing me away. I think that her technique is great, but I don't' even really care about that while I'm watching her cause she just dances with so much emotion, and seems to really bring you into the dance, almost the same as Adam when he sings. Just seven more minutes until it comes on for me for me I feel the same way about Sasha's dancing!

Being on the left coast is very odd. I am using a Mac, surrounded by 70 year old hippies and 70 year old Goldwater Republicans, and a bunch of scientists in Eugene, OR. Can't wait to get home!! (Yes, Oregon is lovely -- and the weather is perfect but really there is no place like home no matter where it is.) Well, being in the Midwest is very odd. I'm surrounded by gun shops, bait shops, and people who call me "honey". 98% of the available food is beige. Everyone keeps telling me I walk too fast, and "what's the hurry, honey?" On the other hand, I ate peaches straight off the tree today! But yes, there is no place like home... LOL!!!!!!!!!!! Peaches YAY! Yes - slowdown, yer on Vacation! I remember visiting my Granny's sisters with her (I was her seeing-eye dog in Paris TX - It was my vacation, so I slept in til 10am (1 day) - when I got up, they asked me what I wanted for Dinner!?! Was not aware that it went - Breakfast - Dinner - Supper there! Lol! They were actually asking me what I wanted for Lunch, since I slept past Breakfast! ;D
