Juniemoon is there, did yall know?
Anyway, my DH just got home, I have to do the TLC thing for him. Hopefully I will be back before the concert is over to oogle and flail with all you hardies!

look what I found on a very strange site called "Indio Today"

you have to scroll down, but it is the AFL Fantasy Springs vid, of Music Again wonder who runs this site and loves this song so much? this was posted at this site in June of this year, and has 15 comments. very interesting.
I was trying to find info on Planet Fierce, which is "in maintenance mode" by proboards.

You know what would be an amazing project? What if Atop members put together a QAL book with Kamars drawings and some of the extraordinary pics taken by Atoppers interspersed with some of the recaps by members, and with the 'list' with pics of defining moments at each concert stop.... They would be provided digitally to members and a few precious copies could be made and tied together with gold ribbon to be sent to Adam and the band members. What an amazing keepsake for them and us!! agree! This would be a terrific project!!!!!! |

yes, it is lost, unless somebody comes out of the woodwork that happened to save it, or if Pat Ryder ever releases the PF board, which is unlikely. Q3 unfortunately didn't save it, or it was lost somehow. At the time, it was just wishful imanginings on her part. She is getting ready for MSG, so forgive me for answering for her. We talked about it again here at Atop a couple of years ago when Adam had the huge show in Kiev, I think. [ponders] I wonder if anyone *asked* Rowe at this point if she'd relent. Planet Fierce got shut down because she was terrified of being sued after mj settled with versus fighting the copyright vultures who were going after blog owners back in the day. Since those sort of attacks have been stopped, maybe she'd be willing to now reconsider?? maybe someone can ask her? For a while, she re-opened PF, and tried to commercialize it, then shut it back down. I believe she is a free lance writer/photographer in the NY area. Anyone want to give it a shot in contacting her? |

a very special day indeed! for all the newer peeps on this board, back in the Planet Fierce (RIP) days, Q3 did an April's Fool's write up in 2010? that included Adam playing to a sold out arena at MSG. It was picked up by quite a few media outlets. We have all learned since then that Q3 is prophetic!!!!! Unfortunately, her piece was lost in the ethers when PF went down, but many of us remember it with fondness and amazement.
