I love the idea of Super Bowl 50 - but I think some Adam fans should brace themselves that if it does happen there would be guests....QAL would be the main artist, but there are always guests...just like this year had Katy Perry with Missy E and Lenny Kravitz, etc. So it wouldn't be because Adam's not good enough or whatever but because it's standard fare to have a lot of guest moments... Personally I would love a QAL/Foo Fighters/Slash show :D I think it goes without saying that if Queen were at the Super Bowl and had additional guests it wouldn't be because Adam isn't good enough. Everyone and their dog at this point knows that Adam far exceeds any expectations that could be had regarding Adam fronting Queen.
I think if Queen were to do the Super Bowl half-time show, and it's highly doubtful to begin with, that a QAL/Foo/Slash combo would be about as good as it gets.

I have yet to hear a Max Martin song that I didn't instantly love. They are so freakin catchy. He is the master of the earworm IMO and that makes me really excited for Adam's next album. Adam wants radio and he needs radio and there is no way around that.
This will offend some but it's reality so here goes: the majority of the people on this board ARE NOT the demographic that Adam and WBR is shooting for. If you aren't a pop radio listener (many on here say they are not) it doesn't matter if you like Max's music or think it's generic/formula crap. It gets played on radio and that's what matters to pop radio and to labels and the artists who want that kind of success/exposure.
If Adam didn't care about radio play he certainly would not have gone to Max and Shellback, the two men who produced his biggest hit to date (WWFM). I think it's clear what Adam's goal is. He was massive/mainstream success. He wants to be in the same league as Katy, Lady Gaga, and many others who churn out hit after hit and if that's what he wants then that's what I want for him.
Personally I listen to more rock than pop but I do love pop music so I'm excited to see what is to come from this magical team of Adam/Max/Shellback. I think it's going to be fabulous.

THIS^^ I love Max Martin's music.... top 40 is my jam. I agree with Glitter - Adam wants to be in the same league as Katy and Gaga. He needs a massive radio hit (or 10). Looks to me like he's doing everything possible to get it, and I'm excited!

Beautiful. Thanks. I had downloaded the YT audio, but the way it cuts off at the end was jarring to listen to. This is so much better. It goes on my "Best of Adam" playlist.

Nikki, I love your positive spin on that fan incident. But this IG shows a better angle of what happens. It shows how hard Adam got pulled back by said "fan!" :( He had no choice but to go back to her! The scariest part of this whole incident, for me, was that security seems oblivious! I am fully prepared to like, but not love, TOH at first. I like a lot of pop songs out there, and these are going to be even better. Because it is Adams voice that they will be infused with, in the lyrics and his singing and the way in which the music has been created. And then Adam is going to start singing his songs live. And changing them up. Doing them acoustic. Or more funky. Adding different flavours and spices. And that's when I am sure I will fall madly in love with those songs. And in the meanwhile many many more people will fall in love with Adam. I think this album is going to be great.
