You forgot about Nick Jonas as another solo male artist making the charts. I can't believe this guy has more commercial success than Adam. I saw him singing live on Ellen and then again on the Frank Sinatra tribute, and shook my head in disbelief. And don't tell me it's because he's good-looking, because no one is better-looking than Adam. It makes no sense to me at all. I don't disagree. A lot of things don't really make sense...However, I think NJ has good songs that are very radio friendly. I like many of them. Is the guy particularly appealing or does he have a good voice? Nope. I don't think so. But it looks like he was marketed to appeal to a lot of demographics.

Off topic.
Dec 16 concert special. Their manager is really working this group of hers! Natalie Ong has a VOICE! Isaiah...kinda like to close my eyes and just enjoy his voice. Both amazing talents. Isaiah is just more to my personal musical preference. I just love his voice..and his kind of shy/awkward demeanor. Over time, I hope to see his stage presence blossom a bit as he hopefully becomes more comfortable and confident performing. I think he's cute as a button...and have been listening on repeat to his album. Isaiah!

I liked Amalia the most out of the three. Liked her voice the most. Have you checked out Amalia's original song ...on youtube ---Sweet Serenity? Unbelievably wonderful... So many talented artists out there, and as per today's conversation...love the song and her voice, and it may never go further than a youtube...it's a crime! Isaiah's voice is distinctly "Isaiah" ...and as he won the competition, I am so hopeful for guidance that allows him to flourish as an artist. I have listened to his songs over and over...Halo in particular is masterful and showed the kind of potential for him. Yes, I really love his rendition of "Halo" as well- and through it have discovered the gorgeous original version by Beyoncé.

Has a lot of gay fans too. Pop is a young persons game. Adams just too old. Of course that's no reason why he can't get a radio hit. Just saying Age helps. In markeTing appeal. A lot of Adam songs are sophisticated pop. GT was the only one. That had a simple melody. But had a memorable bass line. I hope too see more Deep House in A4. I remember hearning Adam had the first ever Deep House Hit on US Pop Radio.
