Adam wrote most Of Trespassing. He will always have those royalties. Sorry, dear, just opened up this thread and saw this, is there any indication of Sony might re-release TP in Asia? Thx! No, it was just a suggestion posted from a South Korean fan from IDF. He and a fan from Thailand were discussing how popular Adam is in Asia and he made that suggestion that Sony should re-release Trespassing. Here is the post. idolforums.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=696387&view=findpost&p=25876939

thelambertluvva said: Besides these things happening, I have been quite encouraged by the posts of two Asians in IDF (the one South Korean and one Thai). If you haven't already heard, IIHU is charting now on the South Korean equivalent of Billboard and the Thai person said every time she turns on the TV, the NCOE video is playing. She said this is not just Thailand but all over Asia. They are even suggesting he come back to Asia and tour and Sony should re-release Trespassing. I have been keeping an eye on NCOE video because it seems to be gaining views quickly for an old song without radio play. In the last five days it gained, 16,968, 16,628, 17,749 and 15,097 which is a pretty good clip IMO. By comparison, trespassing ,which we are pushing as fans on Atop, gains a little over 3K a day. I wonder if this view increase could be because of Asian fans? That's interesting, jean1010. I bet that it is what it is. Are all Asian countries able to see YouTube videos? I wonder if it is his video with the highest daily rate of increase. And given that IIHU is charting in South Korea, I wonder if it also getting a high daily rate of increase.

He's a guy. I don't expect a guy to have a perfect skin like a photo model or something. As a life-long acne sufferer, I have never thought Adam's skin was that bad, even during the idol days. I am a member of acne.org and there were several threads about him during the idol time-frame. I just reread one of them and most of them say his skin was not that bad and a lot of them said "so what, he's gorgeous." Here's the thread in case anyone is curious. www.acne.org/messageboard/topic/227537-american-idol-contestant-with-severe-acne-scarring/BTW, I didn't realize that TMZ link had a poll. Adam is winning by a small margin. I was amazed to see over 16K votes.

Adam said that RCA was only willing to support an album of covers. He was not willing to make that album. So they agreed to part ways. Nile says Adam was dropped by his label. The two statements are not in conflict. If my boss tells me she wants me to to work on X project or accept Y position or move to Z city and it is not negotiable, but I refuse, I am let go. Or I resign first and walk away. No matter what you call it, my job is over. Their choice not to let me do the work I am committed to and was hired to do. My choice not to do the work they want. Actually, I have been there and faced that dilemma. It is striking to me how many times people have had the opportunity to have Adam do what he does so well, and have turned him down. And ironic how many times Adam ended up the winner regardless of their lack of insight. He tries out for We Will Rock You and doesn't get past the first audition. Years later, he is singing with Queen. THE Queen. To rave reviews and high praise from Roger and Brian themselves. He tries out for Glee and they turn him down because he doesn't fit the role of a high school student. Years later, they are writing a role specifically for Adam to portray on Glee. Adam "loses" American Idol. Years later, he is one of the most successful and recognizable Idol contestants ever (and widely thought to have been the best of all seasons). Adam is up for an Idol judging job and they decide they don't want him. The panel they choose is a disaster in the eyes of the audience and the press. While Adam goes on to win more and more acclaim and respect as an artist and a positive role model. RCA decides not to exercise their option to record Adam's next album. Adam goes on to record with Nile and Avicii in what Nile says will be a huge hit (and I am believing that will soon come true). Somehow, the Universe looks out for Adam. Or Adam stays true to himself and works his ass off and ends up succeeding despite the lack of insight of others. Or both. I believe we are just beginning to see what Adam will do. USA Queenbert, Avicii, Glee, A3, and who knows what other projects that will surprise and delight us. I don't think I am the only one who has the gut feeling that Adam is about to triumph again. Can't wait to see what happens. P.S. Did anyone else notice in the club interview that when asked about performing with Queen, Adam starts to add something about more possible shows, but is cut off by something off camera and distracted, not finishing his statement. Hmmmmmm. Besides these things happening, I have been quite encouraged by the posts of two Asians in IDF (the one South Korean and one Thai). It points to an initial post by the South Korean about the Psy commercial but you can get to all the posts after that talking about the stuff I mentioned above. idolforums.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=696387&view=findpost&p=25872925

What's wrong with Frank?? I don't think much of his live performances. It doesn't matter because he's laughing all the way to the bank just like this Aloe Blacc is! Yes, with autotune lots of people are laughing their way to the bank. Very sad that you don't need to be able to sing live to make it big nowadays. :(

I love the song too. Unfortunately, after seeing this track list, I don't have high hopes that it will be a single since Audra Mae has three tracks on there. Is it just me, or does she sound a lot like Adele?IT's not just you. I thought exactly the same listening to the album. Oh good, it's not just me. I actually got sick of Adele when she was played on the radio constantly so maybe they'll decide to go with a unique voice. One thing I can say about Adam is that no one sounds like him. Even all pop princesses (including Kelly C) all sound like other singers to me. As an aside, I decided to listen to a live version of Wake Me Up and Aloe Blacc did not sound that good to me. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I listened to another one. Same thing. Maybe we are just so spoiled hearing Adam sing pitch perfect and powerful 99% of the time during his live performances that everyone else just pales in comparison.

To me, the most awful thing Adam has ever worn isn't clothing or shoes. It's the horrible Frankengump hairstyle! I'd rather see him bald than with his hair that way again! YES!!!! That is the worse I have ever seen Adam. I remember being very sad because he had the EMA performance in that hair. I remember crying even. Melvin is not so bad in comparison.

Speaking of PSY, a South Korean fan on IDF said that PSY's beer ad with "If I Had You" has been playing in his country every night for two months. He also said that 30 seconds of "Trespassing" was being played as promo for CSI Miami. He said "Strut" was played on an ad a while back (I remember that) and "Cuckoo" was also played on a drama (I don't remember that). Notice that the last three songs I mentioned were Adam co-writes. I hope he gets a bit of money whenever they are played. idolforums.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=696387&view=findpost&p=25872925And somewhat related, NCOE video is being played a lot in Asia: idolforums.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=696387&view=findpost&p=25856374If you continue reading posts on the that thread, someone from Pakistan reported it (NCOE) was being played on AXN. I just love it when countries "get" Adam. Just waiting for the US to catch on. Is that IIHY beer commercial real? I thought it was fan created. Also, Sony ME is very aggressive with licensing in Asia. I think that is the primary factor in play here. Last I remember, people thought it was fake initially, but then someone posted that it was on the beer company's website. Looks real to me if this guy from Korea is saying he is seeing it on his TV. Anyone else happen to know?
