Need last minute ONE ticket for the Forum tonight... any one got a spare? Still tons on StubHub for good prices. Lower bowl section 131 are going for about what I paid for section 130 and 132.

Looks like Ticketmaster released more seats. Really good platinum ones in front floor sections in the $400 range.

thelambertluvva Okay, so it doesn't really sound like the critic apologized for calling them a tribute/cover band. Interesting. Nope, not at all although lots of people were telling him to.

I don't usually pay much attention to the critics, but now I'm curious. But not curious enough to turn off my ad blocker! lol Can you tell me what he said? It's difficult since there are a lot of tweets. But from what I could copy and paste: The legendary guitarist, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Queen in 2001, particularly took issue with the “tribute band” label I used to describe his current touring outfit. “I have to say that being called a ‘tribute band’ by some half-assed critic in the local paper is an insult I will not quickly forget,” May posted on Instagram. “We don’t need your condescension, Sonny Jim. That’s my life’s work you’re dismissing there.” It should be noted that the review was positive overall, filled with such comments as “the music sounded pretty great as Lambert, the two longtime Queen rockers — guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor — and their sidemen opened the show with ‘Now I’m Here’ and then continued through such gold nuggets as ‘Somebody to Love,’ ‘Keep Yourself Alive’ and ‘Killer Queen.'” Yet, those type of compliments were apparently lost on May. “I guess you’re the only one who didn’t really ’get it’ in that wonderful rockin’ crowd tonight in the good ol’ SAP Center,” he continued in the post. May wasn’t the only one who wasn’t happy with the “tribute band” comment. It also riled up several fans, who let their dissatisfaction be known on social media. There are also a lot of comments on the review itself agreeing with Brian.

I have never really heard MM sing but OMG my ears hurt and he sounded awful to me.JMHO I was surprised he sounded so bad...really had some cringe worthy notes to me. pi, thanks so much for posting that. I've been down reading all those comments from MM trolls on every single Adam video, even his solo stuff, so it's great to see a vocal coach who was a Marc fan actually have Adam win and by a large margin. I've seen at least one vocal coach, I think it was on TSMGO that thought Marc was better. I hope she reacts to the WWTLF battle as you can clearly hear Adam is so much better. Another thing I liked about her is that there are MM fans who say she wrong, he's horrible, etc. but she asks why and they don't respond. It's like the Oscar video, so many "he's terrible", "worst singer in the world", etc. but just never say why. In a way I am kinda glad the Oscar video was taken down but I know the MM trolls will be back on Trespasser's video. I have heard a few performances of MM's, was never super impressed, but this video has so many bad notes that I am absolutely shocked that people think he is such great singer.

Season 8 with 4 entries in the top 25. Season 5 also has 4 spots and season 10 3 spots. A couple of others have 2. Happy that Adam got 3rd (even higher than Jennifer Hudson who is usually listed 3rd) but that was one of the weirdest rankings I've ever seen. Kris Allen ranked higher than David Cook? Danny Gokey with a Grammy nomination ranked 2nd to last? What has Maddie Poppe done to warrant #12? Although I am not a fan, thought Fantasia should have ranked higher with all the industry awards and nominations.

So are you the moderator now? No, I'm just saying posting about something you don't want to talk about is counterproductive, because human nature doesn't work like that. If you want to do it anyway, feel free. I was really upset and wanted to commiserate and thought I could do that at a fan site. "Never question anyone's right to post, the appropriateness of a topic or define the proper what for an Adam fan or Adamtopia Member to behave. Let the moderators do their job."
