Fair point - I don't want to be over it! Took my brother, a long time Queen fan, and young sister in law and 15 year old nephew, neither of whom had a clue. We had great seats...2nd row circle just right of center. Behind us and up a bit were the family, Danielle and Sauli...and also Brian's family close by....tried not to stare! He was mesmerizing right from the lifting of the curtain......but I really don't think I am a good judge. Honestly, if He sat on floor chanting Omm for there hours I would be gobsmacked. Notwithstanding that, his voice and stage presence were so intense it was almost unreal. My brother flipped out after WWTLF and shed a tear in BoRhap....which then set me off. The best part of all was the very end when he knelt in front of Brian and Roger....the look on his face was nothing but pure joy. Strangely, despite living in the US, I have a life in which it is easy to see him in London but impossible to get to Fantasy Springs. I will rely on all you wonderful folks to fill in that gap for me. Awwww! Wow! His stage presence and aura is pretty overwhelming when you see him in person, isn't it?! And then the voice comes out and gobsmacked is right!  The first time I saw him was at an Idol taping. I was with my daughter and her MIL. When Adam came out & started to sing, they both looked at me with their mouths open. They were stunned! It was Born to Be Wild! |

If, and it's a BIG IF, Adam gets the Idol gig, the criticism will only be before the general public sees how articulate and thoughtful he is. Once the shows start, he will be America's fvaorite judge EVAH! C'mon, we all know how irrestible he is when he talks! Actually, my family and friends that are not in the Idol bubble, which is almost everyone, have been telling me that they think Adam would be perfect! And who the hell cares about the Idol Bubble people. I know Nigel doesn't or he would be making changes we've been "talking" about for years!! And I sure don't. I think the butthurt from other Idols' fans is funny! ;D Adam is irresistible EVERYTHING.. TALK, SMILE.. TALK... GIGGLE .. His FACE expressions.. So.. IF, off course it's also capital and big IF, Adam gets the idol gigs, I hope he put a condition that he's allowed to say his opinion, not to sound like puppet, like the judges in the past couple years. |

Momtomany I loved your 'drive by' post about the concerts!! So glad these concerts have been so emotionally amazing for you.  .. .and par-tay hardy tomorrow night!!!!Brian's words just made me all kinds of  . Such a genuine, talented, and kind person. |

I literally felt the guy react to it physically. (haha, we were sort of squished together). He sort of jumped or flinched. I actually felt him become a fan. There was only a few feet between them. The guy just started really cheering and all of a sudden he started taking Adam's picture along with Bri and Roger. Raved about Adam at the end, and asked me about his album. It was like witnessing a birth. |

Wow.
I wonder how Adam felt doing these shows in London?
I remember how he used to say if there was one person he wanted to meet dead or alive it would be Freddie - Queen wasnt just a great rock band to him, it was one of his icons.
And that video of him at the end smiling so big with all those Queen fans cheering him,
wow. that is the kind of experience Adam deserves for his own greatness.
I am amazed at the universe.
